Great company. I brought 2 of these hot tubs 9 months apart. Both times my experience dealing with this firm was very positive

Waited a little while for Hot Tubs to come,but Wow we are we so pleased with it,we went in it for the first time after returning from our holiday lit the fire and within an 1 1/2 to 2 hours we had 40° water amazing we previously had a cheap blowup hot tub which took about eight hours to reach that temperature. (Amazing)
Our Hot Tubs did take about seven weeks for delivery and we were a little bit worried as we haven’t heard anything but when ever I message Andreas and his team they came back with a quick response so no need to worry on that front.
Should’ve ordered one years ago 10 out of 10.

Fantastic product I have had mine for three years, a valve developed a fault 2 years on and it was replaced in very good time.
Friendly professional company I would easily buy another hot tub from woodpecker.

I’ve probably had my wood fired hot tub for over two years and can not fault it. And who knew then that the world economy would be in such a state. I have been given enough off cuts of wood that will keep it going for months to come yet. If I load it right up I can have it ready in two hours. Sellers were very helpful and still are. I spoke to Anita through eBay originally but ended up buying through their main company. She answered everything really quickly. After a few weeks I went back to Anita to check when it would arrive but the account had disappeared. I was incredibly worried, even contacted another company to buy a similar HT. I finally had a response from Anita and Andrew to say everything was running on time and a date for drop off. Everything did work out well in the end and the HT is AMAZING! I would say to Andrew and Anita that you should think about providing a order email to your customers to give them peace of mind. It was quite a stressful 48 hours!

Spoke Adrius and his team. We needed delivery to a very remote area and on a specific day and that was exactly what happened.
Great service and happy to chat regarding any installation queries I had.
Overall a great tub at a good value price.

Wood burning tubs are the way forward. From cold to 40 Degrees in 2.5hours. Lost count of the amount of times my partner and I have said 'best thing we ever bought'.

Really great team. I was worried about paying upfront so they said happy for me to pay in delivery. Great service, the tub didn’t fit into the gap originally so they took it away and came up with you solution.
I had many questions on set up and again they are quick and efficient in answering.

Took awhile for the wood fired hot tub to arrive, but well worth waiting for
Audrius and his wife answered all our questions and was very pleasant to deal with
We collected ourselves and the gentleman at his warehouse are very helpful with loading up and answered any questions we had regarding usage of the wood burner / hot tub

I purchased this Hotub a couple of months ago, I’m very impressed with it, takes about 3hrs to heat up from cold, my electric Hotub takes 24hrs!! Woodpecker tubs are great to deal with and superb customer support, I had a couple of concerns which was quickly explained to me. I recommend them highly.

I have a lovely wood fired hot tub. There was an issue with the fire box about a year after I bought it. The team were absolutely amazing, the came over and took it away, completely re- welded the box. Unfortunately that didn't fix the issue so they came back and replaced the whole firebox with a completely new one. Really fast, really helpful and really lovely. Buy with confidence that if there are any issues they will fix them and make sure that your experience is lovely along the way. I can't recommend highly enough 6*
