Ordered my tub about 3 months in advance of needing it . Once I had spoken to these lovely people I had no worries at all paying in advance.
Service and communication was second to NONE.very helpful and enthusiastic, that also goes for the delivery guys as well.
CANNOT recommended enough,
And bonus banana the product is lovely, and fairly priced.

Woodpecker delivered our , log burner hot with all the additions that . We ask for and once it was delivered. We paid and have been happy ever since , great size and really easy to warm approx one hour and 30 minutes. Perfect.
If I could fault 1 thing is there web page is basic and needs upgrade .
But once you get through to Anita or Andrea the rest is easy. Kept in touch to the end

Really pleased with our hot tub, bought this for our holiday cottage and guest rave about it . I have a electric tub myself but I’m seriously thinking of selling it and buying another one of the wood burning hot tubs from these guys. Super friendly and quick order and delivery would 100%recommend to anyone wanting a tub.

Good quality product, well worth the wait. Super efficient burner and great jets. Insulated lid means only about 3 degrees drop a day. A quick burn gets back up to optimum temp

I have removed my original review - although it had been difficult to get hold of them in the run up to confirmation that the tub was ready- once they confirmed the tub was with us within 24 hours - 2 excellent delivery men came and did the install so I’ve upgraded them to a 4 star

Just Great!
We spent quite a lot of time trying to find a really good deal.
We went for the 316 stainless steel burner with the following options
internal burner,led, hydro.insulated lid
Overall very very sturdy construction, and the finish is great.
Delivery was on time, considering that we live on the opposite side of the country I was pleasantly surprised.
Been in the tub every day this week😁 can’t believe how well the tub installed with the insulated lid holds temperature. A temp drop of 38c-34c over night is typical atm.
We too have bought an after market filter pump which I believe is a woodpecker option that I would recommend.
Thanks for supplying our family hot tub, great quality at a very competitive price.

We purchased our 2m internal stove tub after taking advice for our use and planned location.

We had an estimated delivery date which gave us time to plan and prepare the ground, again the team at Woodpecker gave advice for preparing for delivery and installation.

There was a delay down to supply chain issues as with everything these days. We’re on an island and rely on imports from Europe, Brixit has made this difficult for everyone. (I work in logistics and know this only too well!!)
We were kept updated on the new delivery time as we needed to get access to the field behind our house.

The delivery team were amazing. They certainly knew what they were doing from their experience with previous deliveries, I really didn’t need to help much.

The actual tub is great, my kids love it! I love it!! The insulated top really keeps heat in.
Regulating the temperature can be tricky but with some experimenting you’ll find what works best.
I’d recommend some nice dry hardwood and not just old pallets like me!!
We use an old kids pool filter to help clean and put a couple of chlorine pool tablets in a floaty thing too.

Ordered the hot tub 18/08, started positive with regular dialogue, then nothing, asked for a delivery date and was told 16/09, asked to move it to 23/09 because I had a day off work. They agreed to the date, 2 days before that I asked them to confirm it was still on for the 23rd, they said it was, 23rd came and no word from them, called the number on the site, no answer. Eventually they text to say can we contact you tomorrow, replied to them saying they were supposed to deliver today, they replied that it's not even entered production, crazy times they said. COVID still doing a lot of heavy lifting with excuses. I could have had one delivered by another company if they were just honest with me.

We purchased our hot tub in January 2022 and have loved every minute of owning it Audrius and the team are fantastic and are there for support anytime these tubs have no expensive running costs and the health benefits are amazing these hot tubs would make fantastic addition to any space in the garden we just cant wait to use it in the cold winter months especially now its got a gazebo over it and while its warming up why not put jacket potatoes in the ash pan we do and the taste beautiful

We have not yet set up the hot tub. But thus far the service from the Woodpecker team has been absolutely excellent. From the initial communication with Audrius to subsequent communication with the team the service has been very good. Delivery was earlier than anticipated and the two gentleman who dropped off the hot tub were very professional. We live down a farm track which is not terribly easy to navigate with a trailer but the delivery man couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating. Excellent value for money. A five star service to date.

We bought out wood fired hot tub from Woodpecker in February 2021. Before purchashing they were quick to answer any queries that I had.

Production was quick and we love our tub.

Recently we had an issue where the jets and lights had stopped working. I contacted the customer service team and they sent someone to fix it within a couple of days!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Would 100% recommend.

Woodpecker Hot Tubs provided an excellent service from start to finish. Andrew is a nice chap to deal with, and nothing was too much trouble. There was a slight delay in shipping, only to be expected in this climate, but this was managed very efficiently by Andrew. The Ofuro Hot Tub was delivered in perfect condition. Ordered a 2 person Ofuro Hot tub. I would recommend contacting the Woodpecker team before ordering. If you order online do not select the PayPal option. You will be able to pay the full amount on delivery. So we did experience some delays from the original timescales indicated, however it was worth the wait. On delivery the team were polite, helpful and set up the whole system for us.
Conclusion: great value for money, good communication, great quality product. Would definitely recommend Woodpecker Tubs.

Despite a delayed delivery of 9 weeks I now have my hot tub elite. Quality seems really good. The guys installed it were friendly. Still to fire it up but I am pleased with it. So worth the wait.

Audrius personally handled the order with courtesy and accuracy and we are really pleased with the hot-tub we purchased. As a glamping site owner with many hot tubs, we chose Woodpecker Hot Tubs for our own personal tub and are very glad we did.

This company is amazing ! We have tried hot tub yesterday for the first time and we are over the moon ! It heats up very quickly ! Jets and air bubbles are very powerfull ..This was by far our best purchase...Coming back from work and have this amazing time in the hot tub relaxing in your own garden is priceless...Hot tub itself is very well made and looks beautiful ..Honestly for this price you can't get better than this ..
Delivery team were great as well ..there is no such world as impossible for them ..they did their best to make sure that hot tub safely carried to my back garden ..
