I could not recommend them highly enough. I’ve used them for years, both for purchases, servicing and advice. They will never let you spend more on a machine than you need and their knowledge and expertise is unbelievable.

Honest, friendly service. I took my 40 year old machine for repair but alas it couldn't be saved. Matt gave sound advice and I returned later to buy a new machine. I was able to try different models, and features useful to my projects were clearly explained. An all-round excellent experience!

I first called them about some trouble I was having with my original embroidery machine that I didn’t purchase from them and even though they didn’t sell it to me they were still willing to help me over the phone. Excellent, friendly, approachable & very helpful - a fantastic example of how companies should be, if I could give more stars, I would.

My experienced started with a phone call to enquire about an embroidery machine for a beginner, Chloe was very friendly and very helpful, she answered all my questions and didn't push me to buy anything. She didn’t suggest a machine that was way out of my budget (like another company had).
I decided to go to the shop before I purchased and Chloe demonstrated the machine that I was interested in, she showed me how it worked and how to find my way around the menus on the machine. She also talked me through all the different stabilisers and threads, etc. - all the info I needed as a beginner.

I purchased the machine along with a few accessories and threads, I was also very kindly given a few bits to get me started. My new machine was carried outside for me and placed in the boot of my car.

The following day I realised that the instruction manual was missing from my box (through no fault of the shop).
I called Woodseats Sewing Machines and they promptly sent out a manual, together with a few other very kindly gifted items that arrived with me next day.

Overall a very positive experience, I would highly recommend them.
