Looked around for wood panels and ended up getting 2 free samples from woodupp. I was impressed with the quality of the felt and wood so ordered 4 panels. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged, installation was quick and easy. Overall highly recommended.

Great product, easy to fit.
Good choice of wood, had several samples below finally choosing the rustic oak. Easy to install, just need to remember you may need a heavy duty stapler depending on where you cut it, I had one already so no issue for me. Screwed and glued, solid fixing, looks great.

Fantastic products! Products were neatly packaged, easy to install and the service / communication was brilliant throughout.
Looked at a lot of companies for this panelling and whilst you pay a bit more for these products, their quality is well worth it!
Will be purchasing some more accessories in the future and would highly recommend the company.

We are very pleased with the wood…
We are very pleased with the wood panels from Woodupp, they look luxurious onour bedroo wall. They were so easy to put up and it was easy to cut out the plug sockets using a jigsaw.
But I must say their customer service was extremely good. We had an issue with the delivery service who said the order was delivered when in fact it wasn’t. Greg and Jay were straight onto it and the issue was resolved very quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I was so pleased with the two samples I received and quickly decided which combination to go for. Ordering was easy and the range of accessories were really ideal for my new home office. Although delivery was supposed to be overnight my parcels arrived after a couple of days. My friendly joiner had fitted WoodUpp before so made short work of fitting it for me. I am delighted with the look of the room.

We do our best to maintain strong stock levels across all product lines, but we understand how frustrating delays can be. Wood Panels Perfect....LED lights tricky
The wood panels look amazing and once we found a method that worked for us, they were easy to install. The biggest challenge we have had is installing the LEDs. Initially they kept unsticking and we kept finding them on the floor. We asked Customer Services for advice and they responded quickly and gave advice that the sticky pads go either side of the LED and not on the back of it. We have managed to get them to stay in place but sticking them in was fiddly and I'm still not 100% happy, as they stick out at the top, although probably no one other than us particularly notice this.

We understand that getting the LEDs just right can be a bit tricky, but we appreciate you sticking with it! It sounds like the extra advice from our customer service team helped, even if the process was a little fiddly.
One extra tip — if you roll the LEDs in the opposite direction to how they were rolled when received, this should help straighten them out. If there’s anything more we can do to help with the LED setup or any other aspect, don’t hesitate to reach out.

As per our email sent on June 25th, we noticed that two of the Brass covers you returned had the protective plastic removed, which unfortunately doesn’t meet our return policy, as the items need to be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. We did process the refund for the other covers that were in the correct condition, and we hope that those have been received.
We understand that situations like this can be frustrating, and we genuinely want to ensure a positive experience for all of our customers. As per our email on the 25th, if you’d like, we can arrange to have the returned that are not eligible for a refund, sent back to you, just let us know.
We appreciate your understanding and hope we can resolve this to your satisfaction.
