This company deserves 5*in handling the sale of our property and dealing with the purchase of our new home. The sale of our property threw up some issues and this was dealt with very professionally by Joanna and Beth at the Ormskirk Office, they know there stuff for sure. They were very polite and answered all our telephone queries, nothing was to much trouble making us feel that we were a valued customer. They even found the time to see us at short noticed to clarify some concerns we had with the sale of our property. Joanna and Beth are a credit and Jill at reception was very welcoming. The Wigan office Denise (New Business) was very informative when we first started out and made us feel at ease. Thank you very much Woodward we got there because of your service.

I recently sold my property with a short chain involved. The two other solicitors down the chain were slow, made mistakes and were problematic. Today we have completed the sale of our property using Woodwards, who also secured the freehold on the same property in 2021. We were initially prompted to utilise the firm on recommendation from our neighbours - who also purchased the leasehold on their home.
