We were recommended Woodwards solicitors in the sale of our late parents property.
My sister lives in Wigan and I live in North Yorkshire, my initial thoughts were that I would be disjointed from the process, however I was proved wrong during the sale.
The sale was managed by Stewart Limerick who kept my sister and my self updated on a regular basis through emails.
I visited the office in Library Street twice, once early in the process to provide documentation of proof of ID and on a second occasion to return signed contracts and other documentation.
I found all the staff I met (including Stewart) very helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend their services.

At first we were apprehensive because they were not based in the same city as the parents but this posed absolutely no issues throughout the entire process.
