Robyn Brand was appointed as my case manager and she has been excellent throughout the sale of my property. Good communications and everything possible done to expedite my sale. The online Hoowla portal is also very good for storing and accessing documents and checking progress. I would recommend Woodward and Robyn in particular.

Stewart Limerick at Woodwards has provided excellent customer service. From initial contact to completion we were updated at least once per week wih progress of the sale of our property. We would have no hesitation in recommending Stewart and Woodwards.

I recently sold a property that had been rented out for the previous 12 years. The property was in Liverpool and I live in South Cumbria. Joanne and Beth conducted all the necessary legal work and enquires in a very friendly and efficient manner. The sake went through without a hitch and it was all done remotely via phone/email etc. They were personable and genuinely helpful over any slight issues. Selling the property was a very pleasant experience - how often can you say that about property conveyance!!! Thank you.

We recently completed on our house purchase with Woodwards dealing with it from start to finish.

We were helped all through our sale by Angela, Hannah and Danielle from the Ormskirk office. If I could give ten star review I certainly would. These three ladies helped me so much to understand what was going on, we were kept abreast of proceedings at all times.
I have already recommended Woodwards to two other people. I found it so helpful to be able to go onto the portal and see what was happening on a day to day basis. I was sent an email at every stage by one of the three ladies I have mentioned so I could see at a glance the updates.
On my completion day I received three calls with updates of where the completion was up to.
I cannot praise these young ladies and the firm enough.

Joy and the team at the Wigan office have been exceptional in the purchase of my new property, from start to completion. Always answered all of my enquiries promptly and with the upmost respect. Treated me with respect and handled all my information in a confidential manner.

A 9 month stressful complex sale that fell through week of completion hasn't been the best, but woodwards have been nothing shy of amazing, inparticular Abbie, she is always in contact with us and responds to us so quickly, always chasing the other side and keeping on top of everything, explaining everything to us step by step with the complex matters and just brilliant. We have sold again and it's going through again, with Abbie leading it again for us, and I have no doubt she will be the same as last time.
