I have just completed buying my first time home and used Rebekah Cleaver from Woodwards Solicitors. Rebekah made the process straightforward, easy to understand and kept me informed of any progress through emails and/or phone calls. I will be using Woodward’s for anything I have in the future, highly recommend.

I have just sold my property with Woodward Solicitors my personal solicitor was Hannah Vaughan she made my process very straightforward even though it wasn’t the easiest of sales from the buyers side. Nasira was great when she was on the case and pushing things to happen. Took along while to complete due to management companies. No question Nasira worked hard and alot of work done at late hours.

We had a bit of a ropey start with Woodwards because the paralegal handling our case left the business quite abruptly. Soon after her departure Nasira was put on our case and she was brilliant and did everything in her power to ensure that the sale of our house (and the legally quite complicated additional land) went through as quickly as possible. We used Woodwards Solicitors to sell our property and buy our new one. We had a few problems along the way with the sellers and buyers solicitors, but these were eventually sorted out. On the day of the move, there were 6 clients in the chain, with us being at the top. Our solicitor Joy Cleaver, chased the other solicitors constantly and we eventually got our keys at 4:50pm. We will definitely use Woodward’s again, especially Joy.

I have used Woodward Solicitors for buying and selling twice in the last 2 years. Compared to previous conveyancing services, Woodward have been much quicker, very responsive and at all times professional and friendly. Angela Howard and Danielle Noon handled my sale, just completed. From start of instructing them to act for me to completion, it was 12 weeks and included regular contacts between them and estate agents and other parties solicitors. I highly recommend them.
