A very thorough report given to us by Adam. We were highly impressed and have told him so.

I received excellent service from Woodward Chartered Surveyors. From my initial call with Sanna who listened to me and understood what I needed, she really did provide excellent customer service. To the surveyor, Adam who was professional, pleasant and produced the survey report earlier than expected. Excellent service all round would highly recommend.

Great service and when there was a query Kate replied promptly explaining clearly through the use of photos and seller’s building plans.

Detailed, professional and efficient

The initial contact with Emma was very straightforward. She explained the process clearly and was very pleasant. Adam, the surveyor was very professional, knowledgeable and we were comfortable to let him get on and do his job. He was also happy to answer any questions we raised. The Valuation Report was delivered on time.

It was very comprehensive and carefully done.
My only wish was that I could have asked for a more detailed check on drains and some installations but I accept that a gas boiler has to be done by a gas safe engineer and water by a plumber and electrics by an electrician but I still have more surveys to comission

A very thorough report. A quick and efficient turnaround. I was also able to have a follow-up call with the surveyor who explained some of the terms and what remedial action would be needed to fix various issues.

I was able to contact the surveyor to discuss the more worrying things identified in the survey. Also when surveyor visited elderly lady in property I’m buying the surveyor carried out the survey sensitively and with minimum intrusion.
I also appreciated having a hard copy sent in post, as I could view more easily. It was well laid out and very comprehensive… thank you

I am satisfied with the survey carried out. It was clear and concise however, getting through on the phone and making the payment was not as easy.

But overall I am satisfied.
