My 4 y/o Australian Shepherd LOVES WoofPack Day. He has to do a Security Sniff on EVERY paackagw( even Amazon) to assess for hos WIIF pack box.
He rips into the box and brings me one toy at a time to play with. He keeps them all together. THEN he brings a treat bag, one at a time.
We both think it's a great deal.
The box is a reasonable size with very little paper stuffing. He gets 3 toys, which have always been unique and fun.
Honestly, I am notable who likes better, .him or me.

Absolutely SCAMMERS!!!!!!

They have been charging my credit card every single month for the last 9 months when I expressed that I wanted to cancel, because I don’t even have my dog anymore and the shipment was being sent to her daycare. I’m out almost $600 now and they STILL will not cancel my subscription. This is HORRIBLE customer service and I would never ever recommend them to anyone who owns a dog. I’ve gotten 7 of my friends to stop purchasing products from them after being a member for years. Just pathetic. They also removed my posts from Facebook. What, are you scared of an HONEST review???? Do the right thing and give me my hard earned money back you thieves.

Beware -Will not let you out of the service even if you express you are not happy with the toys/boxes. Toys for chewers are either way too hard (break your dogs teeth) or pliable enough that the dog eats them. Toys repeat and sent toys requested not included due to dog being able to eat them apart. I have multiple other dog toys without issues and have subscribed to Durapaw. Quality of chewer toys and service (toy guarantee) is far, far superior. I am now stuck in this for several more months-learn from my mistake:(

I have a really good sense of humor but the toys I received for my little min pin yesterday is really off putting. I get the theme is underwear. But the bra has the squeakers in the bra cups and the pair of boxers has the squeak toy in the groin
area. It got bigger as my dog chewed on it. My husband of course laughed uncontrollably. Just wanted to see what people thought. Otherwise, great quality toys and my Ellie loves the treats.

At first I had ordered the original box with the stuffed toys and found my dog was destroying them within a half hour of getting them . I switched over to the chewers box for the past 12 months and it's been great! Their customer service I have to say is amazing. They really work with you to make sure you get the best customizations for your dog's . Really happy to have found this company. Highly recommend!

My dog loves her Woof Pack boxes. I started out with regular box but my dog destroyed the stuff toys, went to the chewer box and she loves it. They are good quality and hard to destroy. The treats she loves also. When I had to get the treats to just the dried vegetables or the cookies customer support was a pleasure to deal with.

My dogs have had woof packs for over a year now, it is all they look forward to! One of my dogs have allergies so they were really accommodating and gave us an extra toy instead of treats. The customer service is amazing and this is the best subscription 😊

I was very happy with the service I received. We switched my order to a mixed box of regular and chewer and added different treats..They were very friendly and easy to deal with..excellent service

The toys and treats are great, we did get the combo box and found out after two boxes that our pup just isnt about the nylon toys. Customer service was easy to get in touch with and they switched us to a standard box with the toys we know he will like! We prefer it over bark box and will most likely be switching my daughters dog over to woof pack once her bark box subscription is up

Great customer service! My package was late arriving (no fault of Woof Pack) and they offered to look into the issue and even change carriers for further deliveries. Issue was resolved quickly.

It is typically a hassle to cancel. They made it so smooth and easy, were professional and friendly.
I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to my dog friends and family!

My dogs love the monthly box with their 2 new toys and treats. Very happy with the quality, and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend.

My dog is allergic to all treats so they were awesome enough to swap treats for a toy! That just made my day!

I got locked into a 12 month subscription as the website was not clear. I did not know that I was being locked in. There has been no way I can get out of this. Nothing offered by the company. Some of the treats are really good but my dog received liver treats which he can't eat. The toys are good for him but not all work. I am disappointed with this company but am stuck for another 10 months. I will continue to write a monthly review of what we get.

Not happy at all. Do not recommend. Toys are cheap, squeaker broke within 20 minutes. Treats are lackluster. Not impressed.

I’ve had this subscription for thankfully almost a year now. When I say thankfully, it’s because they wouldn’t let me out of the subscription my dogs chew the toys apart in five minutes or less the treat is literally like maybe two treats unless you have a tiny dog. I have contacted them multiple times and told them to lose my banking information but yet they keep taking money. I finally just switched it to choose and treats, which I’m sure are probably going to be tiny for my dogs and unusable. The kicker being I also have a Durapaw subscription I’ve been able to switch that to buy monthly. I’ve got add-ons that are cheaper. The toys are better quality, and it comes all the way from Calgary in about two weeks shorter than the time the Wolfpack comes from Toronto or Ontario. Literally this month by the time I get my box it’ll pretty much be time to pay for the next one.

My babies love it. The size of the toys are perfect for both my Frenchie and Pug. I recently moved and had to contact customer service, they responded quickly and professionally. I've tried other boxes but Woof Pack is by far the best.

One of my dogs passed away recently and my remaining dog is a heavy chew-er. Thier toys are kind of cheap for the monthly fee & thier heavy chew toys are essentially just plastic (or something similar) so I figured I'd cancel. I emailed "woof support" and explained my dog died and my remaining did not need anymore toys and that I'd like to cancel. They proceeded to say sorry for your loss blah blah but then charged me $50 to cancel. I have a screenshot of the email but it doesnt let me upload. Basically, beware. If your pet passes away, you're stuck receiving thier toys or donating them.

Tbh, I tried this as an alternative to Barkbox. They can keep their garbage toys & cardboard box. Barkbox 100%. At least they give a shht when your dog dies.

Everything inside feels thoughtfully picked and high quality, which I really appreciate.
It’s like a monthly surprise party just for them!
Honestly, it’s become their favorite day of the month (and mine too).
Highly recommend for any dog parent who loves spoiling their fur babies ❤️🐾
