Everyone "Word 2 Kindle"did a great job with helping us with our People's Book "Nine Sovereign Kings: The Return of God." The Spiritual War was serious, and even knowing that, they did all they could to help us, and were great at always returning emails and communicating. If you have a Microsoft Word Document, or Book, that needs to be converted to an eBook, they will help you do it successfully, and will continue to work with you based on the package you get with them until you are satisfied with the results. The team at Word 2 Kindle did an excellent job. They are very patient and answer all of your questions very throughly. I had a lot of revisions and was totally unaware of the formatting process as far as size/bleed/flow are concerned. I ran into a few concerns that came up about my cover and it working correctly with amazon. They always answered the questions promptly and were willing to help in any way that they could. I highly recommend them for your formatting and editing.

BEFORE purchasing the service, I was told by a sales person named "Nick" that word2kindle provided 24/7 customer service. During the sales process, communication was responsive and on point. THE DAY AFTER the purchase, I cannot reach ANYONE...essentially ZERO customer support. I am cancelling the service and will report them to the BBB. They are liars. Beware.

From the moment I filled out the form on their website and received a reply from Nick that same day I knew, I made the right choice. What I loved most about the service is the updates I received and all my questions got answered in a timely fashion. Nick was awesome and took the time to explain everything to me . Thank you Nick and the team at Word 2 Kindle.

I somehow omitted the final chapter of the book I submitted to Word 2 Kindle. I'm sure that such things have happened before and will happen again, but it was very harrowing. Before it was over, I was practically begging these people to submit the "revised" edition (with all chapters included) to KDPamazon. I was certainly willing to pay $50 to have the whole thing over and done with! Instead, they guided me through the revision process. (Everything is easy when you know how. It's the "learning how" that is difficult.) Instead of accepting more money, these people helped me to learn what i needed to know.

The ebook and the paperback book came back very professionally formatted. They were both immediately accepted by Amazon. The staff, Nick Caya and Mary, who I dealt with, worked very hard to help me every step of the way. They really do a lot of work, and it was well worth every penny.

They were very prompt in responding and answered whatever questions I had.
They worked with me to get the needed files.
I was happy with the epub and it was accepted by kindle.

To write a story is easy but to make it a book needs professionals. Here I found everything needed for a good book to be born, from grammar and spelling checks to formatting as an ebook, print and cover. I will use this service again for all my future books and I will recomend it. THANK YOU!

I can't say enough about Nick and his team at Word 2 Kindle. I threw some curveballs at them when it came to my cover design, and they made it work. Boy, did they make it work.

Anytime I contacted them, which was a lot - and I mean A LOT - they never showed frustration and it was always timely. I never had to check my email and wonder "Did they even respond." Sure enough, Nick's replies were there, as were his teams emails throughout the duration of working with them.

I will most definitely use them again for my second book, and beyond.

I WAS DEPENDENT WITH THEM THE ENTIRETY OF MY BOOK BEHIND THE WALLS OF THE E-COMMERCE GIANT (KDP RELEASED 09-07-21). The timeline and deadline were sync. As far mutual communication sort of getting answer put me at ease right away, you expect they stay on top of it.

Word 2 Kindle guided me through a maze of bewildering formats and transitioned my raw manuscript into a commercial book and E-book complete with designer cover and did it with calm competent professionalism. I am honored to recommend these good folks to anyone looking to get published.

They did a great job for me at an affordable price (and there are lots of rival services where you can go broke), and they were helpful about corrections (which were all my doing, not any error of theirs). Highly recommended!
