Excellent customer service from Sofia quick delivery

Wanted me to pay £15 to return a £20 item that was of poor quality and see through.

Placed an order on the 2nd February..it is now the 10th February and I still haven't received it.

I run a small business and this has cost me an irder from a customer.

Ive tried to call but cant get through and have now sent 6 different emails and had no reply.

I want a refund

It's such a shame, because up until the moment I opened the box and caught a whiff, I was honestly thrilled with how quick and easy ordering from this company had been. The shirts were just loose in a cardboard box, folded but not wrapped up, so I'm not sure if the smell is from manufacturing or something they picked up during transit. Either way, it was powerful enough to warrant keeping the box outside until I could buy some heavier laundry detergent, and I've put them through three washes now and it isn't going away. However, as mentioned, buying them was easy, the products behind the smell are exactly what I needed, and they were shipped off the same day I made my order and arrived before noon the next, so I did debate between one and two stars. Unfortunately, ease of purchase and a quick delivery doesn't really matter if the product is unusable when it arrives.

Second time using Wordans - speedy service, excellent communication, great products.

I had some questions regarding returns over the Holiday period, Jade promptly replied and was very helpful and supportive.

I was in desperate need of a solution for my corporate gifting requirements, as I could not find black velvet bags to fit the items I am sending - Wordan's not only supplied exactly what I needed but ensured everything arrived within a few days! Without their help, this couldn't have happened and I will definitely be keeping their details on file for future needs!

I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. I emailed about a number of my items having holes in that had clearly been caused by the machine during manufacturing - therefore FAULTY. A representative called Sofia refused to do anything about it as 14 days had passed which is a complete breach of the consumer rights act due to the items being faulty from manufacture. Horrible service, awful company. Account deleted and I will buy from a more reputable company going forward.

Placed an order and paid 17 days ago. Still being told that the order is on hold awaiting payment despite requested proof of payment being made several times. Truly shambolic with obvious problems of communication with their accounts and customer services. No response so far and no hope of seeing the goods or a refund any time soon.

I placed a large order and parcel was left in a hidden, unsuitable location with no card and no despatch emails sent to my email address. By the time I found it, the items were water-damaged and unusable.

When I reported this, the company insisted I wait for their courier claim instead of resolving the issue. Despite providing all evidence and giving clear deadlines, they eventually stopped replying completely to my emails.

I’ve now had to escalate the matter to my card provider. Very poor service, I cannot recommend.

They approve refund but dont give the necessary elements to that right ... in the end we dont have trust even for talk to them . Its a scam .
They have reacted with a date and after i will review again accordingly .
Ive received the refund in the end and the conclusion is better ... 4 stars

We recently received our new office notebooks and we’re absolutely delighted with them. The quality is good — sturdy covers, smooth paper, and a professional finish that makes them perfect for daily use. Everyone in the team has commented on how nice they are. Delivery was fast, the packaging was great, and the overall service was spot-on. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

Shipping UK to UK is apparently DPD and should cost no more than £12, when I got to checkout they were trying to charge me £49, turns out to comes from Spain, I did email but got zero response, false shipping information and should be corrected however looking at the reviews I’m glad I didn’t order.

My order was cancelled, but I contacted Customer Service and spoke with a lovely lady named Sofia. She went above and beyond to help me, providing a code so I could reorder without any hassle. Very, very helpful—exactly the kind of support you want from customer service!

My friend and I ordered for the same item it has been 15 DAYS - NO UPDATE NO ORDER.

Poor communication, lack of interest or care related to your order. I have contacted many time no resolution

Faulty garments and poor quality.

Poor communication and they are now trying to get me to PAY for the shipping for defective items!

Luckily I placed an order using Klarna so I will use their buyer protection policy to get my money back.

Avoid ordering from this company.

Had an issue with the delivery company not wordans themselves, I spoke with wordans and a guy name Ross was absolutely fantastic at resolving the issue very quickly. Great company with great customer service.
