Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people found the user experience to be frustrating and time-consuming, particularly when applying for jobs. Customers frequently reported issues with the website and app, describing them as clunky, buggy, and poorly designed, leading to difficulties with basic functionalities like logging in, submitting applications, and accessing information. Reviewers also expressed dissatisfaction with the product itself, noting that it often failed to correctly parse resumes, required repetitive data entry, and lacked intuitive features. Some people also felt that the staff and the system's processes were inefficient, leading to issues like applications being rejected without clear reasons or personal information being inaccessible after leaving a company. Concerns were also raised regarding certain aspects of the application filtering process and data privacy.

I believe their selection process is for jobs is highly inaccurate....

Clearly the amount of negative reviews for this low budget POS organization speaks volumes. This many reviewers can't be wrong and it's no coincidence that absolutely everybody rates myworkday as bottom of the barrel. Can't help but wonder how unethical, corrupt organizations are permitted to remain in the business world.
Do these people specialize in every field in order to make decisions that an individual isn't qualified for a position at a company????

Make your U.I mobile friendly!! It's 2024

It's 2024 and everytime I'm applying to jobs that use workday for their hiring platform it's a nightmare on mobile devices. It's not even possible and when you upload your resume if it doesn't automatically fill in everything correctly and you have to manually do it, good luck. Everytime I try to fill in the manual sections of my resume )because the auto fill sucks and fills it in wrong) it won't even allow me to save and continue, then if you refresh the page you lose everything you've manually filled in, creating a endless cycle of filling in trying to save (it not letting you) then losing everything again.

Applied at WalMart - a job more than qualified to so (personal ahopper)

workday uses shady HR and applications, testing practices and data store and algorithms and data biases and auto response/denial process and workflow

Data practices and use is horrific too

Typical for Illinois “partnerships”

lotsa ghost jobs and data grans going on too applicants are forced to use to apply (MyWorlDay is bad) and so is process AWS

Asked them to Delete all my data and history (silence and denials)

Unprofessional Company who does not care about their customers

Good morning Lebbi,

I'm here yet again to ask worldpay to release my money into my account by the end of today as my landlord will be visiting my shop. I need to have his money ready to pay. Your investigation is taking longer than a murder investigation. You terminated my contract on 2nd of September and Worldpay is still holding on to my money. I have not done any suspicious transactions for your company to behave in this manner. I need my money in my account by midday

I still haven't received any call from your company like you stated days ago. I've phoned the number emailed to me and yet again they advised I send an email to the same email address I've been emailing regarding this issue

Last week I emailed and asked for the barcode to be sent so I can return your card machine. Instead of the bar code, I'm getting another email reminder to send the card machine

I work for a University and this is the absolute worst interface and product that I have ever encountered. How any purchasing agent would consider let alone purchase this garbage and subject their employees to the excruciating experience of using this junk is beyond me.

It hurts my brain to interact with Workday

I just can't see why my company has started paying for this poorly designed product and moved all HR-related activities management in there.

It starts with the most useless "personal" dashboard, goes into an occasional need for confirm that you really want to book a vacation, and ends with acknowledging performance and reading one's performance feedback up to 4 characters at a time, despite the wide screen.

Overall, It's just a terrible product to use.

It's Unbelievable how BAD Workday is!!

It's Unbelievable how BAD Workday is!!! I rarely write reviews but, after 30mins of frustration using WorkDay this morning it has compelled to write this review.

Note to any Corporation - DON'T use WORKDAY Save your employees the time and pain, choose a different solution.

Very simple tasks are painfully difficult to achieve, and I end up having to create a ticket to get the issue resolved. The company I work for has been using WD for years and I hate it, everyone else I know that needs to uses it feels the same!

Workday is USELESS

Workday asks you ALL OF YOUR private info from email address,I.D number down to your employee number...only to instruct you to contact your company HR or IT department...which at my company...is like asking to wipe your bottom...like you're are asking them for money and they stare at you like "how dare you"...when they chose this path. Enter the "workday bot"...that thing gives you 3 options...to which all 3 replies are..."CONTACT YOUR I.T OR H.R DEPARTMENT"...this app is about as useful as a bunch of thorny roses after taking a number 2...plainly put this app is DUMB AF!

Figuring out your vacations

Figuring out your vacations, which is about the only thing you want to do in Workday as a regular employee, is close to impossible. How can a software mess up a calendar with vacation times so hard that developers cannot figure out their vacations is mind boggling. Workday is garbage.

From a user point of view it's an absolutely hideous interface!!!!

The "Absence" section is particularly bad. It drives me insane trying to work out what I have and haven't booked!!! Why no overview on an annual calendar!?!

I can only assume they sell this to the corporate bods who haven't got a clue about real life, and/or the
right palms are greased?

Worse app ever made

This is the worse app to use for calculating your punch in/out times. It will accept your times you’ve punched in but it will secretly punch you out while you’re still at work. You’re thinking yourself still punched in…nope. Then you have to re-enter you login info. I go through this every week. It’s a huge inconvenience and very confusing app. Don’t get me started on submitting requesting off….omg. Just terrible. Your paychecks are wrong. And you can’t go back and resubmit your time. I hate it! Looking for another company to work for WITHOUT this crappy cheap app! If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
