Been tenants for just over a year now and it's been really good! The studio we rent is perfect for our needs, and the facilities in the building are also great. The facilities management team are responsive and really approachable. Loving the table tennis competition!

We've been in our office for over a year now and love it! Workspace is a great, fun, flexible co-working space with lots of interesting events and support for the residents. Big shout out to Kayleigh at Pill Box who looks after us so well!

My company is based in The Record Hall Workspace and I can tell you first-hand that it is a fantastic place to work. The people are incredibly friendly (most notably Beata and Oriella who are always warm, kind and happy to help). There is always a good bubbly vibe around the building with great food available at the archive cafe near the entrance. Would definitely recommend to those thinking of moving their business there. You won't regret it.

Pill Box absolutely an awesome work space in Bethnal Green. It has all the facilities and so well maintained. I would highly recommend Pillbox for work space needs ... 👏👏

The Record Hall Workspace

As a current tenant at The Record Hall, I can confidently say it’s a brilliant place to work. The workspace buzzes with a vibrant community, fostering both creativity and productivity. The on-site café is fantastic, offering great food and coffee, all served by a welcoming and attentive team. The facilities are very well maintained, and the office staff are always friendly, helpful, and a true pleasure to interact with. It’s a joy coming into the building to work each day.

I’ve recently joined a startup based in Metal Box Factory and I’m really enjoying it. We have a bright, spacious room for our office, and there’s also a common area for anyone to work from when you need a change of scenery :) I haven’t managed to go to any of workspace events so far except for the summer party which was great! Great drinks, tacos and deserts and a wheel with prizes etc. There’s also a terrace on the upper floor for summer lunches.

I really enjoy being a workspace tenant. As an agency with 70+ employees we get the autonomy to run our office in the best way to suit our team whilst having access to facilities support, social events and masterclasses on a range of subjects - from Life drawing to Sustainable Waste Management.

Ceirios and the team have been exceptionally helpful for getting us all settled in. We love being a startup at Workspace!

After experiencing a few different Workspaces, The Frames is definitely so far my favourite!
A big shout out to the staff on site who are always super professional, kind and happy to help - Malika, I'm looking at you right now :)

We are located at The Frames building, our time here has been a great one. The facilities are excellent and the staff are always super helpful. Shout out to Malika who manages the reception, nothing I ask is ever to much trouble.

I love Workspace Barley Mow. I've been a long-time colleague and user of this great space. But probably the number one reason is the great staff - particularly Jodi and Steffie. I run a lot of business events in conjunction with them and, I have to be honest, they are my favourite people to work with. This Workspace thrives because all the businesses located there love it and feel well-looked after. It's a great space, location and a great business community to be part of.

I've worked in several co-working/serviced offices. The team at The Frames have taken the time to get to know us and our business. On top of that, they provide a first class experience to our team and visitors. Shout out to Malika who manages the centre.

Workspace have been accommodating since moving in with our modification requests at East London Works. The management are responsive to any issues that occur and work hard to rectify them.

The Barley Mow Centre is a great hub for small business. From the recently refurb'd units to the large reception/cafe with lots of tables for meetings and sofas for relaxing, it really is a great work space. A special mention goes to the centre management who are collaborative and responsive as well as proactively supporting community endeavours too. I have been a customer for 18 years and can highly recommend The Barley Mow!

I have been renting from Workspace (East London Works building) for nearly 4 years now. They are an excellent company with brilliant values as a social enterprise. Rent is very competitive, and management have always been very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this organisation to anyone. :)
