Bought an Octagon SF 8008. To an aged incompetent amateur it is seriously user unfriendly. Contacted support for help in set up many times and finally they suggested I send it to them to set up. I did and they did. They were very patient and helpful despite my incompetence. Would definitely use them again but unlikely to be for an Octagon

online companies but you can with this firm.

I had an issue with sound playing from my Fuba Tivusat receiver which I purchased from them way back in March 2016.
I emailed explaing the situation and querying a new receiver and recieved a prompt reply from Stef with some trouble shooting advice.
With the advice given I have fixed the issue! Big shout out to the company, particularly Stef who after 5 years still put a customer's best interest first.

They supplied my satellite receiver and have given me first-class support. These receivers are excellent, very flexible and adaptable but they present a steep learning curve to the newbie. Thank you so much W-of-S for getting me off the ground!

I found the whole experience of purchasing and delivery of the Humax satellite receiver very professional and quick even down to providing regular email updates on the day and time I would receive the item ordered. would not hesitate to use or recommend this company again.

My Zgemma H9 twin box crashed after an update & I spent a day & a half trying to flash a new image from usb without success .. not even booting up so no TV working !! I emailed support at world of satellite asking for help & got an email back with a method I wasn’t aware of & it fixed my issue , so big thanks to Stef at world of satellite

Brilliant service and good prices backed up with a very useful forum and ticket system if required.
I purchased a sat receiver which developed a fault 1 week before the 2 year warranty expired- ticket raised, questions asked and box replaced.
Definitely recommended.
