Cannot praise this Company enough. Stefano and Angelo are always willing to assist with any hiccups one may have due to lack of knowledge on my part. They talked me through with such patience some years back! Am a senior citizen but learned a lot from them to fix a problem. This is the second time I have ordered with them. Great customer service and so very courteous. Angelo is an absolute Angel just like his name. Order was placed. Arrived on time today. All set up and of we went! Simples. If I could give 10/10 I would. Thanks World-of-Satellite. Has been a pleasure doing business with you again. If I get any hiccups I shall most certainly ring you guys! Don't pull a face! I have used World of Satellite several times over the years without an issue. I have just had an problem with a viewing card which they sorted out very swiftly and courteously. I always say its a sign of excellent company if they handle problems well.

From pre-sales enquiries to after sales install advice Stef has been first class.

I had an issue this morning where my Octagon SF8008 was seemingly not putting out any HDMI, I tried several different options, to no avail, I raised a ticket 1st thing this morning and got a reply within the hour maybe even sooner, sugesting things to try with the offer to return the box for inspection. as it is only a few weeks old, I was honest and explained I had loaded various bits of software onto the device.... The reply suggested I try a different TV with the box, low and behold it workd, turns out my Sont TV had crashed due possibly to a storm. This is the 2nd ticket I had raised, the 1st was just a question regarding the box and again this was answered in a timely manner

Waist of time
They rejected my warranty claim saying there was nothing wrong with zgemma box which I even sent them the video showing it was faulty. Now I am not longer their customer. I bought like 10+ zgemma boxes from them, now I am buying straight from zgemma website. 63589, 66873 just two order numbers from 1 second email search. Don't want to waist more time on you liers.

Thank you for your feedback, but we feel this is a little false and mis-leading. We therefore feel the complete history should be posted. For the record, we've checked your order history and you've only ever ordered 1 Zgemma box from us, not that the quantity has any influence on this review. We treat all customers the same, no matter the quantities customers purchase.
1) You purchased a Zgemma H9S on 21/12/2019.
2) You opened a support ticket via our support ticket system on 25/09/2020 3:59 pm.
3) 25/09/2020 4:05 pm we issued return RMA instructions, 6 minutes after you reported an issue.
4) We never heard from you or received the return until.........
5) On 04/12/2020 12:30 pm we received the following message from you:
"Hello
Can I please get new RMA number as the issue I had when contacted you for first time and seemed to be gone Has happened again few times so Id like to post device to you.
Thank you"
6) 04/12/2020 4:32 pm , approx 4 hours after your second report we replied and asked you to use the same return instructions and RMA number.
7) We finally received the returned unit and started testing for the reported issue on 11/12/2020 1:47 pm.
8) 18/12/2020 7:38 am after approx 7 days on constant test in our workshop we replied to you and advised that no hardware fault could be found and therefore shipped back the receiver to you.
9) We never heard anything further from you until this review today approx 1 year after returning the receiver back to you and 2 years after your purchase.
10) You are still within a 2 year warranty for this device, if you still have an issue contact us via our ticket system as you have in the past and we'll get this issue resolved.
Edit 07/12/21: Customer is now calling us liars, order history and our support system is in place for your support and cannot lie. For the record no video was ever provided, only a photo of a TV of which proved issue could have been with the TV or HDMI cable. Mr Paszulewicz, your two year warranty expires on 20/12/21, you know how to contact us should you wish to do so. For the record your original review should remain:

Technical issues.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I must say and honestly this company is outstanding.
I purchased recently a Formuler Z8 pro and I had a bit of an technical issue with it, and really it was my fault in a way.
Got in touch with Stef and he invited me down to world of Satellite warehouse office with my purchase and he quickly sorted it out for me, pointing out were I went wrong.
He guided me through the set up process, and what an awesome kit it is.
I must also say Stef, great person to deal with friendly and helpful.
