The telescopic long rest was out of stock until Feb. I was aware of this from details on the website and was prepared for the delay. However without notifying me, you cancelled and refunded my back order and shipped the rest of the order. This is poor customer service as I ordered from you based on the telescopic rest. The other items was simply addon to the order.

Responded via email. Supplier had emailed me to out of stocks on that product and no date. Removed from website notified you, refunded.
If you have a business or others reading show me one company that currently has 100% of all stock or can get it everything or get answers from overseas suppliers.
I at least notified, removed from website and refunded promptly unlike many other businesses.
Service is above and beyond
Purchased goods from the team and received prompt response and the friendliest of services. Now found my Cue Sports specialist moving forward. Interstate and able to communicate with Mick easily, this service is exceptional! Cheers again!

Super fast shipping but the delivery…
Super fast shipping but the delivery was delayed I guess because of the wet weather we recently had. Fair customer service on the phone to make the payment as I was told that I was wasting his time. How I’m not sure I’m a paying customer.
Anyway hopefully the order will arrive soon.

Sent goods out as ordered tracking is available via
Post Module.
Do get 10 plus a day in calls that have tracking available and can be tracked very easily on website.
