Horrible to deal with. Never respond to emails about multiple complaints. No phone number to call. Clearly just delete emails that aren’t about a new sale. Worst customer experience I have been through on 2 occasions. Thought I would give them a seconds chance. Never again.

Very quick delivery time. Quality product, just as advertised. Would definitely order from them again!

High quality products and promptly delivered.

Ordered a power rack from them. They were happy to take the payment.

They told me it was sent, shipped and even sent me a message on the day it was due to arrive that I should be ready to collect it.

Then later that day they send a message telling me that they'd cancelled my order.

No explanation, no apology, nothing.
They wouldn't even answer emails or phone calls.

Massive waste of time and very disappointed.
I'd recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Terrible poor communication lost postage of item no sorry given to customer only excuses . Not very happy not answering email why and very rude . I wouldn’t go here again :( 0 stars they delete my last review 22 days they had no idea of my item to Brisbane . They seem to delete posts on here beware sorry would help they don’t reply to emails terrible business

I bought a few dumbbells on Monday afternoon and they arrived on Wednesday morning! This is incredible, given the delays experienced across Australia and that I am based in NSW. My order was confirmed within 1 hour and shipped on the next day. Really impressive service!

I have bought gym equipment from several other suppliers and my experience with World Fitness has by far been the best. I will definitely be shopping again!

Easy to deal with, fast shipping. Had an issue which was resolved easily. Happily a repeat customer.

Delivered in amazing considering the covid dramas. Machine is excellent value, has taken a beating it is getting used 6 days a week and has not missed a beat. Only small issue is the top plate of the weight slides catches on the guide poles.

You put on the internet you had the stock when you didn’t took month and a half to get my item

World Fitness Australia were responsive to our questions, arranged delivery in a timely manner.

Ordered on the 23rd March. One of the items which said it had been dispatched and I was given a tracking number for was then cancelled with only a generic email response. I was able to get a similar product but this was on my request not given to me as an option. I let this go and understood things must have been crazy due to the pandemic. The other items I ordered have not been received after 4 weeks. I have emailed multiple times which have been replied to within a quick timeframe. But with no real answer to where my items were, just that they have been dispatched. Have contacted the courier company which haven’t received the freight. Was not going to write a review but feeling quite disappointed after having to keep chasing my items with no real answers
