Finding dumbbells for a reasonable price is close to impossible at the moment. Luckily, World Fitness Australia had the dumbbells I needed and I didn’t have to break the bank for them.
They confirmed my order on the same day and gave me constant delivery updates. Delivery from their Victorian warehouse to my NSW address only took 3 business days. Would purchase gym equipment from them again.

I ordered the Body Iron Commercial Pro Lat Pulldown /Low Row Combo Machine 110 kg
SKU: 110KGLAT. Awesome price for a combo like this. The salesman was really helpfull regarding freight, and how I wanted to organise payment. It came quickly, but one of the top weight plate guide bushes was damaged in transport. Even with the crazy Covid 19 situation, which kicked in just as it arrived, they answered my email explaining the situation immediately, and simply sent a whole new plate, also then following up to make sure it arrived. Impressive customer service. The machine is well designed, so is also simple to assemble, one person can do it easily. Although its a basic unit, its very strong and smooth, plenty of weight, with a very good seat pad and rollers. The design/transfer from pulldown to low row works really well, and it feels as good and solid as single, specifically built units, in fact, better than many. It will cater to any size person. I'm more than impressed.

Buying from World Fitness is always a positive experience

I received the confirmation that my order was in transit and then I received an email saying the order was cancelled. I understand that you guys were inundated but it points to a problems in your systems. The confirmation said that the order was packed and I even received a tracking number. I inquired a few days later as to why the tracking number was not working and you said that it may take a day or two so even after this amount of time your system did not know you had either double sold the stock or whatever happened.

Great transaction ; I found what I wanted on the easy-to-navigate website and within 4 days the product was there at my house , as advertised.

Great range and user friendly website. Their e commerce setup was excellent, when I changed my mind post order to swap one product for another it was no problem at all, and an email with an easy link to make the additional payment was very simple. Good responsiveness on email help enquiries, especially considering their busyness at the moment. Would definitely shop here again.

Good range of products at good prices. E-commerce website was easy to use. Products arrived promptly, even during the recent chaos of Covid-19 & gym shutdowns. It was a relief that I could track the shipping progress with the tracking code.

(And the delivery company that WFA used, actually delivered to my door, and rang me when they arrived. It sounds like such a small detail, but I'm so relieved that WFA didn't use StarTrack, the worst delivery company in Australia. Don't ever use StarTrack!)

Great Product! - Slow delivery times.

However somehow managed to get my address wrong even though I put the correct one in when ordering. It got delivered to sydney instead of brisbane. So took twice as long as it should have to arrive.
