Was prompt with the delivery. The only comment I have was that inside the packaging the supplied lubrication bottle was not packed sufficiently (i.e. not protected enough) and it came broken with all the lubrication inside the box/package. Hopefully World Fitness Australia will provide a repayment bottle promptly.

I have bought 500g neoprene pink dumbbells. Can not satisfied with the product quality. Its just a very poor quality product compairing with the price. Its not comfortable to hand because its very rough.

The Neoprene dumbbells you've purchase are designed with a rough grip surface to avoid slippage.
This is similar to knurling on a barbell or hex dumbbell.
You may be interested in vinyl dumbbells which are designed to have a soft, smooth coating with a glossy finish.
Vinyl is smooth and can be slick if wet, but the vinyl covering on the dumbbells are more prone to splitting and cracking then neoprene covering.
If you like to return the item to our showroom we would be happy to give you a refund on the item.
