Found the website ordering a bit round the houses, I like simple things that you do not have to think about when buying something.
Pruners turned up in the post a few days after ordering.

Ordered secateurs on Wednesday. Came Thursday morning. Price was cheaper than anywhere else and free delivery.
Will definitely use again.

I needed to order a spring for my fathers pruners and we couldn't find it in any garden centre so I was delighted to see the online Felco store where each part of the pruner was clearly identified and numbered. With ordering made so simple and no postage what is there not to like. Brilliant all round and arrived really quickly. Spring fits and Dad also benefitted from me ordering another Felco product, with which he was delighted.

E-mail from World of Felco reminded me that my pruners needed some TLC . I ordered some Felco spare parts and sharpening tool. It was easy to find the parts I needed on the web site and the goods were delivered promptly. The Felco video on the web site was very useful. I will use them again and recommend them. My local garden centres do no stock Felco so it was great to have Worldoffelco.

Excellent speed of despatch and absolutely the full range. It would be better if the site could narrow down by option - left/right hand, small/large hand etc rather than having to go through all the models. If that facility is there, I couldn't find it. Other than that - no problems at all.

These guys are the best, spoke to a chap called Lee who spoke through the various kinds of secateurs. After an hour of his advice I took the model 2. The cheeky sod even got me to buy a holster - that's a salesman - a credit to his business!

I would completely recommend Felco. They are totally reliable and provided my secateurs at speed. I have yet to use them but they look impressive and hopefully will last for many years

This is the third Felco product I have because they are outstanding quality and I would recommend the product for any keen gardener. This is the first time I have used World of Felco and I am very pleased for the following reasons:

I purchased a pair of Felco No.2 secateurs as a mature, amateur gardener, after much research on the web. Nearly all professionals were recommending the No.2's. I've always preferred anvil types, but the lower blade is quite thick and cradles the wood very well. I wanted the best quality tool and was prepared to pay for it. Despite this, the price was reduced, so all smiles here. The service I received from Felco was excellent. from the advice on the phone to ordering and speedily receiving my well-packaged secateurs. I also like that you can service them to keep them pristine. They work beautifully; buttery and safe, even cutting wood up to 1" (25mm) thick. Top marks from me.

This would have been five starts were it not for the fact that the package was so over-wrapped it was virtually impossible to get into, and when I eventually did, I had damaged the card on the back of the secateurs and the plastic covering them. As the secateurs are a present for my husband, this is disappointing.
