The G-Excel, now with go faster wheels!
The G-Excel turned up quickly as anticipated by paying for express delivery, and was securely packaged. It went together quickly and easily but one of the large rear tyres was flat. After inflating it twice, neither time holding the air for longer than 15 or 20 minutes, I decided to go to Halfords to get a new inner tube because my daughter needed the chair the next day and it would have taken longer to get it fixed by contacting the manufacturer. Apart from this, the chair is brilliant and easy to use and my daughter is very pleased. However, the flat tyre could have spoiled things for her.
Subsequent to this, World of Wheelchairs has been in touch and offered to reimburse the cost of replacing the inner tube which is very good of them but also that they will flag it up to the manufacturer for investigation. I have passed on some more info that may help. It is unusual that one tyre was fine and one was flat but in the end all was well. My daughter is very pleased with the chair....'it turns on a sixpence' - it is light and manouverable while still feeling reassuringly strong. It looks incredible too. Improved the rating due to great customer service!

A Good Experience
I ordered knowing new stock was expected the following week. Expecting delays I was delighted to see that stock arrived exactly when they said it would and delivery was then very speedy. Goods all complete and now awaiting a test run!!

Amazing service
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size wheelchair but the service I received was excellent. The wrong wheelchair was collected and a new one delivered all within a week. The G-Explorer wheelchair is everything I hoped for and I am looking forward to taking it on holiday.
