When I saw their ‘Bears’ fabric design shirt on Guide - London I absolutely had to buy it for my husband but they were sold out as were everyone else that google’s search produced except miraculously for Woven who still had my husband’s size. Not only could i manage to secure the shirt but Woven’s website was intuitive & a joy to navigate round which is more than can be said for a lot of big companies. The payments process was also straight forward & easy to navigate. All in all it was a short but pleasurable buying experience. If I had to have a niggle it would be that the tissue wrapping of the shirt in its box wasn’t on par with a £90 purchase.I recognise that 3 weeks before Xmas lands in a shop’s busiest time of year but a little bit of tissue wrapping wizardry wouldn’t go amiss

I arrived at Woven Durham on a wet bank holiday Monday, distraught and in desperate need of help. With three days to go, my zip had broken on my chiefs bridesmaid dress and Donna and Tracey came to my rescue.

They were exceptional from the moment I walked in and immediately put me at ease. Despite a long list of jobs they gave me immediate assurance that they could help and even managed to get me sorted within one working day. I can't thank them enough for their kindness which went above and beyond simply fixing the garment. They even contacted suppliers for me, kept me updated by telephone and even gave me a brolly for the torrential rain that started as I left. The hugs and reassurance were absolutely what I needed. The customer service and overall experience was nothing short of exceptional and has restored my faith in the notion that there are good people out there that are prepared to go above and beyond in a time of need. I can't say thank you enough......or recommend them enough. Thank you Donna and Tracey xxx

Color, fabric and fit were all on point.

The item is perfect, but the only thing i would say is that you said it was coming by tracked but it actually came by signed so i couldn't track it...

Excellent service. Had a query about my purchase, they replied almost immediately when they opened the next morning. A personal email from a real person, not an automated reply. You don’t get customer service like that from the big box stores. A great quality product too.
