Everything was great

Everything was great. First of all the item ordered was rare to find, then the purchasing process was easy and the last thing the delivery process was outstanding.

A scam? get the money now, refund later...? when?

Yesterday send email to sales_at_worxpart.com. No answer. Today, give up to the part that didnt get answer and proceed to other part. make the money transfer.
ok, got the receipt
One hour later, Worxparts cancel the order and will make the refund, have to wait several days.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam, I ordered parts they told me was in stock and after I made payments to them they canceled and said no stock and upto today that have failed to refund and respond to my emails. My order number was #17673. One guy called Culkovs Andrejs possibly the chief scam will pretend to attend to me and that’s it. No body should trust this company. An order I placed in July .

Parts marked to be in stock are not available

3 of 5 different parts were not delivered, althought all of them were marked to be in stock.
I was informed about 2 of them with the choice of suspending the whole order. The third one wasn't delivered without any notice. The answer to my question if this one will be delivered later was just that it is not available.

All the parts I required, were delivered!

All the parts I required and ordered, I received. Even the one I was finding impossible to get in the UK.

I found stock and delivery times slightly misleading, all the parts I ordered were marked as "available", however they weren't dispatched for around 3 weeks. During this time there was no communication until I sent an email asking for an update. I was then told they would be shipped the following week.

Overall I'm happy and I would use again, but next time I won't expect too much in terms of delivery times.

Shipping time took much longer than…

Shipping time took much longer than expected. No updating was given during this period, and/or any reason for the delay. In the meantime, I asked to add another item to the order, in order to save shipping costs, and it was not accepted. New order has to be placed.

Ordered several parts for my Audi that…

Ordered several parts for my Audi that I was having a hard time sourcing in North America. After placing the order, my mechanic informed me he'd provided the wrong part number and needed a different one. I contacted Wox and they were able to swap the part out in the order, so that was good customer service-wise.
Unfortunately, the next day I received an email advising that my entire order had been cancelled as the parts could not be obtained from their supplier. This was quite frustrating as I then had to wait for a refund to appear on my card, which took 3 days, before placing the order from a different merchant. I'm not quite certain why they even have the parts listed on their website, if they are unable to actually source them consistently.

It was easy to request the part and place the order. My questions were answered promptly and kindly. The package arrived on time and in perfect condition. The part is already in place, the fit is perfect. Many thanks to all the collaborators.
