THREE DAYS STILL NO REFUND,

I hope you're well. As per your update, my refund was processed on the 24th, but I have yet to receive it in my account. It has now been three days, and I wanted to check on the status of the refund. I ordered 3 Harness's September 16th

I ordered 3 Harness's September 16th, 2024. Confirmed parts by WOX! Paid by CC. I contacted WOX by email and their online WOX CONTACT! No Reply. I called WOX Customer Support Number to get the "BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT WOX STATES"! No answer! 3 days later I contacted WOX again by PHONE and Email, NO RESPONCE! September 21st again contacted WOX, same NO ANSWER, NO REPLY! I came to WOX PARTS GROUP of past experiences with them of good service. I will wait until SEPTEMBER 30th, if no reply, I will take further steps to refund.

Very good price, bad communication

Very good price, good quality of parts, original parts. Bad communication with customers. Not possible to call to support and nobody answered after many emails. But after two weeks, when they get all parts by order, they contact me and delivered my order very fast. So I get all what I needed. But with little stress. Need to solve problem with communication.

Missed quoted shipping date

Missed quoted shipping date, I asked to cancel but you sent anyway. Order actually arrived in a week which was shocking, but delayed the job many days.

Very disappointed

Unfortunately, very poor communication so far. I paid approx. 12 days 1200 euros for parts for my Mercedes. To this day I have neither parts nor a response to my 3 emails. If nothing changes next week, I will contact the Police.

HELLA REAR LAMP FOR MERCEDES VITO

Order was Processed same day as Payment, but they charged me for FEDEX International Express, but delivery was by FEDEX Economy!
Item was an Original HELLA Lamp, Good Quality, Well Packed, but without the Mercedes Benz Logo on the side of the Lamp!
