Experience started rocky, but did not dissapoint
Although my experience with WOX started a bit rocky (some delay in order fulfillment because of a part number change about which I wasn't informed on time), my order was completed on agreed terms. The part delivered is original and sold at a competitive price. A little more proactiveness in letting the Customer know when something takes an unexpected turn (part number change, backorder...) is needed, otherwise the guys do a great job. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I recommend the seller as trusted.

They are asking 65 euros extra in order to ship!!!!!! They were happy to take my money 20 days ago, and they shipped nothing! Now they send me en email that they need 65 extra euros to ship! They are thieves and scammers! I’ve already contacted my lawyer!

Well, let's start with the fact that the part is not a standard size, when ordering from us it was written that "Please contact us if you order long, wide or heavy items (Shipping costs may vary)".
Your part was sent to you at our expense, you were also sent a tracking code.
In what way are we scammers and in what way are we thieves?
Very bad experience.
I've ordered 2 kits of 2 parts that couple together. The delivery was in delay, when I asked about the status the feedback was that in short time it would have been dispatched.
After few days, I received by mail the info that part of the order was refund and only 2 parts were dispatched. Any info before and only when I asked a clarification I received the info that the other 2 parts were not anymore available.
At the end I've spend 9 euro delivery for 2 parts that cost 4.66 euros. whilst the other 2 parts that cost 26 euro have been refund.
At the end I've payed 16euro for a parts that cost 5 and on top I cannot use since the other 2 will be not delivered.

I am glad cooperating with WOX. Contacted before the order as was looking for condenser for my BMW which is not produced anymore. Got a reply that it will be possible to get it but in some months. Finally got it delivered to my home. Really appreciate they helped me out. Will order again. Recommend.

Stay clear , quite happy to take your money , after 12 days still no despatch email . Ignoring any emails asking when my items are going to be despatched . Luckily I paid via PayPal so received a full refund

a scam site, you place an order and after 1 month after reminders without answers, the order still not sent. To take action, the police require an official complaint. Let them choke on this damn amount of scammed money

Phone number is not answered.
Not even sure if this business is still operating although they did manage to take money with the order.
