Fraudster alert

Fraudster alert! I made a purchase in October 2023, but the item never arrived. They deceived me by claiming the shipping company attempted delivery, which turned out to be false.
Despite requesting a refund, they ignored me and failed to respond to multiple follow-up attempts to contact them. This blatant scam has led me to take action—I'm initiating a chargeback with my bank and filing a formal complaint with the Office of Fair Trading.

I order a part from Panama, after couple of emails as they don't communicate super well, i understood the part needed to be produced. The a couple of weeks after, i received the piece. Thanks

garbage customer service

couldn't pay with a card when placing an order. made a bank transfer. one week later emailed to ask them for a tracking number as it was said that the bank transfer just came in (usually takes up to 3 working days max). 16 days later reached out to them again and apparently the part is not available. i don't know when i would get this info if I wouldn't call them myself. was offered to wait as the new part which would fit was in the production. month later was offered to pay 350eur on the top of the price I already paid as it is more expensive. I declined and asked for the refund. It has been one and a half weeks and there is no refund. can not reach anyone in the office.

2. The spare part with the new number arrived later, since it was in the backorder for Mercedes.

Is this company exists currently?

We ordered many items and also sent the payment following their regulation.
And it took 20 days and I sent emails and tried to call them to ask about the preparation.
But they never give answers and my call was not reached them until now.
Nobody gets my call and nobody answers my mail.
Very strange.

Mostly Happy-Have Recommended to my Mechanic

First of all, Woxparts was the only company I found who could source the part, and that included it not being available worldwide in the Jaguar network. You warn that delivery could be 3 months, which is helpful. Your Sales Manager with whom I corresponded by e-mail was always helpful (Vitalijs Sablinskis). The reason I did not give 5 stars is that you weren't able to provide a tracking number, so I was never sure where the part was once shipped, and it finally arrived via Canada Post rather than courier.
