I have bad experiences

I have bad experiences. I ordered from them from abroad, I sent the faulty goods back to the given address, which they refused to accept. Neither money nor goods! I will take the necessary steps. I don't recommend it!

We did not receive any delivery from you, after clarifying all the circumstances, we see that you sent the package back not by courier, but to the local post office. Unfortunately, our local mail does not deliver parcels to warehouses and production areas. We asked you to send the package back to our warehouse, but you did it your way, so we could not protect the return of the package.
As soon as one of our warehouse workers picks up the package from the post office, we will send you your mooney back.

Good and reliable

I have ordered a part for my car and fount it at an interesting price from WoxParts. Since ti took sme time to deliver, I have asked them about the status and always got their reply to keep me updated. Finally I received the part as ordered. Everything super. Just can recommend the people and the company. :) Thumnbs up!

Shipment Delay & non responsive approach

I have placed an order on 04-01-2023 (order 10784), the order status still shows *order arrived in warehouse not completed* and there is no tracking number provided until now.

I have even tried to sending emails to sales @ woxparts.com and until now i have not received any response on the further email.

A customer who has done the payment has the right to inquire regarding the product and the company is responsible to support fully until the product reaches the customer safely.

Please sort this issue asap as i am waiting more than 2 weeks now after the order, at least if i have the tracking number it will be easier for me to provide the same to the shipping supplier here.

I need a quick reply on the below and provide me with tracking details for my shipment.

Highway robbery

I bought the 6/11/22 a spare part for my 20 years old jaguar!!! since then I have been told several fairy tale stories!!!! such as on the 5th/12/22
"Hello Jev,
sorry for this long delay, you part was lost in transit and we are ordered new one, waiting delivery on our warehouse on Thursday. After that spare part will be packed and shipped to you.

They stole my money

Received the order in 3 months, but not completely, and they refuse to refund my money for missing parts.

Ordered 3 parts in July. Order number is 7852. After 3 weeks, I wrote to them to ask for some updates on order. They replied that they would send the order within a day. After 2 days, I asked how things were going with the shipment, and they said that the order has large dimensions, so they could not send it by DHL, and I was offered to pay more money for delivery or they will send it by Latvian post. I chose the Latvian post. In 3 more weeks!!! and several emails, they shipped the order and gave me a tracking number.
When I finally received the package, it turned out that it was missing one part that I ordered and paid for.
They said it was no longer in production, so they didn't ship it.
They do not respond to the offer to return the money for this part. So they just stole my money.

Lousy customer service

I placed an order over a month ago and have sent them many messages to ask for an update and so far I have not received any response. I don't know what's wrong with them, it's like they're not interested, I understand that these are difficult times for everything related to the logistics of the sale of spare parts, but as a client, the least I expect is an answer to my questions since it's my money that I invested.

I suggest you don't do business with woxparts

Ordered a part on June 17.
Today is July 5 and the order on woxparts provided tracking website is still checked as "Confirmed" and not "Delivery started".

Called the woxparts office, main manager of sales answered and said that because of the situation in Europe they can't keep up and deliver orders from supplier in Germany to their office in Latvia fast enough.
Not to mention how long will I wait for my order to ship from their office to my address.

No e-mail, no warning.

The lack of communication and the extreme shipping delays is why I suggest you don't do business with woxparts.

You ordered your order on the eve of the holidays, which caused a slight delay in delivery. Also, you were always in contact with one of our employees until he went on vacation.
When you drove up to us for your spare part, our employee explained to you that delays in the delivery of spare parts can be associated not only with the holidays, but also because they are not in the warehouses of suppliers. Therefore, you have to wait until the factory produces this spare part for you.

I order parts since 7 June and still I didn’t receive the tracking number of the item when I order the parts from the website it show me estimating time to deliver seven days now its more then 29 days and still didn’t receive any update on it …
