Excellent product, delivered quickly

I have recently bought a cushion designed by a young independent artist called Izzy Ward. I think it is amazing that Wraptious support these artists. Excellent customer service and beautiful cushions. I bought a cushion from here as my friend was the artist and was amazed by the quality and colours. There are so many cushions to choose from it’s not easy as they are all lovely. Loved it so much I’ve ordered another and have been kept updated all the time about delivery with a personal message. Our lovely cushion, which was designed by Izzy Ward, our granddaughter, arrived today. We are very pleased with it & the quality is excellent. The delivery was prompt as well.

Quality of items bought.

So happy to see my art work on a cushion, the colours are lovely, the picture has come out clear and looks like the original work, but bigger and the cats eyes look amazing! The cushion is very well made and plump and velvety soft, I have had to order another design or two ! The company is friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely love my picture! This is a great site and would recommend it to anyone looking to obtain something unique.

We saw the canvases in Scotland on a recent vacation, but didn't purchase initially because we didn't want to carry around on our 10 day trip. Near the end of our trip, we couldn't find them anywhere and didn't have time to return to the original shop we saw them. When we returned, I was happy to find them online. I ordered my products on June 21 and received on June 30. Both products arrived in perfect condition. I had the products shipped to the US and my only negative was that I couldn't track the shipping. That may have been because it was international or due to user error. Nevertheless, I received my items in the 8-15 day window as promised.

The communication from the beginning was very clear,appreciative,warm and friendly.I was told in a lovely way how my item was to be delivered and the process was easy and straightforward.

Prompt service,good communication and a well packaged item .Would definitely use them again if I found the appropriate item/product.
