Fabulous cushions
I bought 2 of Jo Barber design cushions for my summer house and they a funky and beautiful! Designs gorgeous and full of the seaside with crabs and shells. They arrived well packaged and on time. Delighted with quality and texture...so soft. Very happy indeed and well done to your company you have beautiful items in stock, I will be back.

The cushion and quality were brilliant but I think in my case they should have moved the image down a bit and lost a bit at the bottom rather losing the top of the photo which was a main part of the image

Regarding your feedback about the image placement, I want to provide some context. The images used on our competition cushions are submitted by the talented artists who enter our competitions. In this case, the "top" of the photo you mentioned wasn't included in the original file uploaded by the artist, which means it wasn’t available for us to print. We printed exactly as it was uploaded by the artist, which is also how the mockup looks on our website, so we are honest with our customers about what they will receive.
We have a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the artists' work, so we don’t alter or edit their submissions without their consent.
That said, we invite all customers to contact us if they're unhappy with their purchase, and we would have welcomed hearing from you so we could work with you and the artist in creating a cushion you're happy with. Please feel free to contact us directly if you'd like to discuss this further.

I would recommend this company
They are an interesting company who have developed a good range of products.
I've had 2 cushions printed and have been very pleased with the results. I would prefer a flatter filling, and an option for a smaller cushion, but the quality was great.
If I had one thing that grates slightly, it would be the overly friendly manner of the correspondence, and 'too sweet' greetings. I'm sure many people appreciate this, but I prefer friendly/professional, rather than familiar.
Overall, I would recommend this company to anyone.

As noted during your purchase on July 19th, our handmade cushions typically take up to 10 working days to dispatch. We communicated this clearly in your order confirmation email, and on our website. We actually dispatched your order on July 31st, within just 8 working days, ahead of the expected schedule.
Regarding communication, we sent several updates, including your order confirmation, a personal email from me with additional information, and a dispatch notification once your item was on its way. We also reached out post-purchase to ensure you were happy with your order and to invite any feedback or concerns, but we didn’t hear back from you at that time. We wonder if you perhaps entered an incorrect email address, or our emails went into your spam?
It’s concerning to hear that the quality of the product didn't meet your expectations, and we'd love to understand more about this to see how we can make it right. Great quality and ethical company.
I entered their art competition which allowed me to be able to purchase cushions with my art on them. If you get any bespoke cushions with your own artwork or image make sure they are central with enough stitching space. The quality of the cushions is great. They are an ethical and vegan company which for me makes a difference.
