Avoid Wriggle at all costs.

No deadlines, no ETA, no SLA, no timeframe. They take the money fast enough though. Wriggle, the government and the schools have a great scam going on here. They try to get you to buy a NEW device…. Eventually they let us use our own devices. Poorest customer service I have ever witnessed. Since the 17th of July we have had nothing done to our device!!!! Child is back to school tomorrow!!!!

Absolutely Terrible!!

I have been using a wriggle device for 3 years. Now that I have graduated I was told I could reclaim the device for personal use. However the process did not work and a remote worker initiated a reset that has crashed my entire system. I have been on hold for 30 mins with no sign of help. Absolutely terrible service!!!!! Avoid at all costs

Excellent customer service from Mitzy

Subsequent to my initial email, I received a response the same day. The customer service advisor provided me with guidance on how to proceed. When this was unsuccessful, Mitzy sent me a returns label (freepost) so that could send the iPad to the Wriggle technical team. I was kept informed by Mitzy throughout the process and I received the iPad back within a few days.

Horrific customer service

If you can deal with an alternative company do. Seem to have lost our 500 payment. When I call I’m either put on hold until I hang up or cut off. I’ve sent proof of the payment called about 20 times and still no tablet.

If I could give a Zero here I would.

If I could give a Zero here I would.. appalling customer service, no responses to emails asking for support, the telephone lines are busy and when you do get through ( I finally hit the Sales button) no one really knows what to do if you have a problem, look for refund, password reset etc.. RIP OFF on the service fees - and the entire purchase process is a scam as you have to buy certain things in order to get the device.. SCHOOLS beware do not partner with this company. PARENTS give your feedback to the school... Overcharging for a very basic device, charging for service fees but not providing the actual service.. Shame on you Wriggle

Absolutely dreadful customer service

Absolutely dreadful customer service. No one returns the promised calls!! I am tired of chasing them.
I'm unfortunate enough to have 2 children using devices from Wriggle. It took over 3 weeks of me ringing with issues in setting up my daughters devices. No one seemed to be able to help on a simple issue - the password they provided did not allow us log in!!
I returned my sons device over a month ago and got no refund yet. They can't seem to locate the device even though I have a tracking number saying they have recieved the device!!

Apalling service!

My child's account was never set up. On emailing Wriggle, they sent an email to all publishers to set up a new account but spelled my child's name wrong. The initial contact person never returned any other emails to me. I eventually got through to them by phone and another email was sent to publishers. I had to contact publishers myself in the end but ended up now where she has to input two different spellings for different publishers. Wriggle is an absolute disgrace!

4 month still not configered then sent to wrong address!…

I've submitted my daughter's iPad for reconfiguration 2 months before the start of school, but it's still not ready even though school has been in session for two months. On top of that, they've charged me multiple times, changed the ticket service number, and JUST FOUND OUT THEY SENT THE IPAD TO WRONG ADDRESS! I strongly advise AVOIDING this company at all costs.

Appalling service

Appalling service, Charged a late fee of €170 with no notice. Even though they do not provide even a password for 3 weeks after the school starts. The idea you can use your own device, is made so complicated, it is essentially a scam. Contacting consumer authority for information as to how to take action.

Called the company twice to ask how to…

Called the company twice to ask how to decrypt my iPad as I just finished school asked for a letter from my school stating I was finished I provided it then asked for the serial number of. My service and email I also provided that only for them to then telll me they no longer manage my school which is a lie as I know they do, then continued to tell me how to manually decrypt the device myself which failed, then proceeded to ask for the same information as stated above again, my mother also emailed them and they are now ignoring emails, this is not the first time they have been unable to assist properly in the past for me and many others

🤬If I could I wouldn’t even give 1 star. APPALLING service. Rip off prices and no customer support. Back and forth on calls trying to get help as no one replies to emails or from their web page query. Each operator gives different instructions. Latest is the email from the school stating we can use our own device isnt enough now they want the school to email them directly. Have to post devices can’t go to office. Anything they can to make it difficult for busy parents. Just a joke. SPREAD THE WORD. AVOID AT ALL COST. If u have to use them use ur own device DO NOT get it from them. Extortionate prices and break too easily.

AVOID at all costs
Never had dealings with such a bad company.I waited 3 months for my sons school ipad to arrive after numerous phone calls they finally found that the ipad never actually left the warehouse.
We then recieved the ipad which was not configured I had many more phonecalls and emails about this issue which still have not been resolved. I'm still waiting on somebody from TECH to contact me to resolve this issue.
All of the so called customer service team all sing from the same hymsheet.

I had really pleasure to deal with Teffik

I had really pleasure to deal with Teffik ( sorry if I wrong spell his name). He was patient, kind and nice. He go with me through all complicated process without rushing me or stressing me out. Teffik is absolutely phenomenal as a customer assistant.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with.
Have an order with them since April 16th and still can’t get anyone to actually tell me where my order is now.
Just off the phone to costumer services,and the male hung up on me as I asked why I had been given two delivery dates but the iPad did not arrive as they said it would.
Everyone I talk to has a different excuse for why I haven’t received my order
Extremely unprofessional staff for what is supposed to be a I.T company.
Not a lot of positive reviews here .

Hiding the option of bringing your own device from parents.

Wriggle Ireland have made it so difficult to access the BYOD, (Bring your own device). Despite the school saying they allow it, they only placed the tab on the purchase page for a few hours for me only. That means other parents don't see it. This was after numerous emails, denials from them that it was allowed. And I still have issues with paying for the 5 Year software learning, despite emails requesting the method for payment. They make Ryanair look good. All in all, I beleive they are deliberately withholding this option from parents. This goes against buyers rights and contradicts sustainability goals. This is what happens when there is no competition, nor oversight from the Dept of Education.
