My daughter’s laptop had an issue turning on, so I contacted them by email. They responded very quickly and were very helpful. They fixed the laptop promptly and returned it very fast. They also repl... See more

Customer service is shocking!
I have never had such a bad experience. It's just unbelievable. I wasted two months dealing with different staff members trying to purchase a new laptop and simply gave up.
Wriggle should get an award for the worst customer service. The negative reviews here are 100% correct. I will pray to God that I never have to deal with with them ever again.
Incapable of proving a service.
Our school introduced iPads to advance the teaching and learning experience and replace books.
The ipad shows persistent memory issues, where it appears that it simply does not have the capacity to support learning material (ebooks), classwork and studies.
We have contacted Wriggle repeatedly and provided all information and examples as requested, yet Wriggle has simply given us the run around.
Their customer service is so poor, where the strategy seems be to take the money, then ignore the customer.
Technology is definitely the way forward but Wriggle are not capable of providing the service, sadly they have a monopoly.

Very helpful in helping locate my sons…
Very helpful in helping locate my sons lost ipad device. When found it needed to be sent to Wriggle to unlock it. They sent all packaging for the delivery and returned to me all in order and answered any questions I had in between the process. Happy with the service
Non-existing customer service and total…
Non-existing customer service and total ignorance
Poor devices, worse customer service
The only thing worse than their appallingly slow devices is their non-existent customer service. How did this lot come to have monopoly on supplying managed laptops to schools?
Shockingly expensive
Shockingly expensive, outdated device. And now we're being forced to buy a second one for a second daughter. Wondering if the school is getting a kickback from Wriggle. Either that, or severe inertia in the school's part.
Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. Multiple requests for updates made by phone were never actioned. Multiple emails sent to the email addresses on the website and through the contact form were completely ignored. Promised call- backs never materialised. At one point the laptop went missing between the "Logistics team" and the "Tech team". In total the issue took almost a month to resolve. The impression that I now have of Wriggle is that the whole business is a complete scam. Parents are being charged €120 on top of the cost of each laptop for a couple of pre-recorded videos and some fairly basic configuration. We are clearly NOT paying for Quality control, Technical support and Customer Service, all of which seem to be somewhere between shambolic and nonexistent.
Useless, incompetent & very expensive.
What a bunch of absolute useless articles, any head teacher that engages with these fools should hang their head in shame or get a big backhander.
Avoid at all costs.
Terrible customer service
Laptop within warranty required repair. Impossible to get information on turn around time or possibility of replacement device whilst waiting. I’ve phoned every day and each time I’m told I need to wait to hear back from the tech team. I haven’t heard from them once. I’m starting to doubt they exist.
One issue after the next and now forced…
One issue after the next and now forced to purchase again for next child and week 3 in and issues. Why we have so many Tech companies in Ireland could a reputable one not step in, we are forced to deal with this company.
Worst Customer Service, Please avoid wriggle !!
I have spent 3 weeks trying to get this company to resolve an error they made, it has been the worst experience I have ever had with any customer service. I have sent almost 30 emails and called daily and they either ignore them or do not look into the email. They will never call you back, I actually had to ask if they were allowed to call customers. I still didn't hear back from customer service or the manager as requested in several mails and on the phone. if you can avoid using this company I would they are shocking to deal with.
Avoid wriggle if at all possible
We were obliged to purchase the lenovo device. Completely overpriced (more than double the price this machine is available at elsewhere). Device is slow. Very slow. It was explained that the extra price was due to the software and backup wriggle would provide. Please don't believe them. Software was incorrectly loaded. We didn't have necessary permissions to download ebooks. Numerous attempts to contact wriggle were met with deeply indifferent and generic responses. Eventually wriggle wanted us to return the device instead of remotely updating the device. It took fully three weeks of grief and no support from wriggle (much better support from the publishers themselves actually) to finally get this second rate device ready for school. Avoid if at all possible.
Dear wriggle
Dear wriggle, please stop selling gadget insurance to your customers, throw your money in a poor box, you’ll get better results
Expensive equipment and extremely poor…
Expensive equipment and extremely poor customer service. Idea is great but just not working very well. It would help if customer service staff actually read the queries before replying. Have an issue outstanding for 3 weeks now and just going around in circles. Very frustrating
