Wright Surveys was recommended to us by our mortgage broker and we couldn't have been happier! As first time buyers, we were new to the process and didn't understand how all the pieces connect. Andrew took the time to have an introductory call and clarify any questions we had. Andrew is incredibly approachable, professional and conveys technical matters in a clear and concise way. Andrew went above and beyond for us by checking some of our documents. The report produced was extremely thorough, clear and well laid out. I cannot recommend Andrew enough!! By far the best surveyors out there!

I spoke with Andrew and asked for the highest survey they did. He then spoke with me and only recommended the level 2 due to the age of the property and other reasons saving us money, a lot of other people would of just went with it for the money instead of their expertise.
Harry was in constant contact with us offering further information.
Andrew visited the property and have a very detailed report giving us the evidence we needed to go back to the seller with.
I didn’t understand a couple of bits but Andrew very quickly and patiently answered all queries promptly.

Cannot fault Wright’s surveys! As a first time buyer with plenty of questions and an amount of naivety, Andrew was more than helpful whenever we communicated, I always came away wiser. Their price is competitive and the survey we received (besides being very positive) was very detailed and clearly outlined all relevant information, without the confusing property jargon which many may not understand. They came recommended via the estate agency we used AND our solicitor, but despite that I took time to review and vet other surveyors yet came back to Wright’s and am glad we done so. They’re readily available on the phone to answer questions and we had no issues booking our survey within a timescale we wanted. I’d highly recommend the guys there and would use them again for any further property purchases.
