Efficient, friendly and approachable firm
Very helpful and quick responses to queries and emails. The inspection done on my behalf on a property was obviously a thorough one, and I received the report the day after the survey. The report is really helpful, well laid out and it details what needs to be addressed with clarity. Friendly and approachable firm - recommended!

Brilliant - would recommend to anyone.
Andrew has been brilliant throughout the whole process. Initially my first flat purchase fell through and Andrew was so helpful in corresponding with the vendor and making me aware of issues.
Andrew surveyed my new purchase and I received the report back in really good time. I shared the report with a friend and they said they couldn’t believe how good and detailed the report was.
I will definitely be recommending Wright Surveys to any friend/family members that buy any properties in the future.

I used Andrew Wright surveys when…
I used Andrew Wright surveys when buying a 400 year old cottage. He kept me informed of his intended date for the survey, was extremely thorough in the survey, and gave a quick and full report which took away any anxiety about the outcomes on such an old property. Without doubt I would use this company again for any survey I may need in the future and would recommend 100%

Comprehensive survey with a rapid turnaround and the answering of our follow up questions.
Having had this survey we feel we go to this property knowing what we need to do - which fortunately isn't a huge amount!
