SCAM!
Nothing received by me either, no answers to emails, nothing...

Ordered 14 Mar 2020 and until today, nothing arrives. Send emails back in April and they replied with a link. Since then, no replies despite sending many emails. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't buy. They took 3 months to send a damaged wallet. They said 6 months ago they were sending a replacement. No reply to any emails or contact.
Stay away from this company

No contact no feedback.I raised my order on 17th of Feb. Arrived Broken. Emailed for a refund, they said no we will send a new one. Waited and no arrival I was told for 2 MONTHS! to wait. Now it is August and still no product. Customer service never reply to emails involving my Order number. (tested with alternative emails and they respond within a few hours)

I bought their wallet three months ago. After several mail in which they told me that the order was delivered, nowadays (3 months!) still nothing. I send them another few mails asking for answers but now they don’t reply.

AVOID THIS SITE.

Ordered January. Never arrived. Not 13 of June and still no show. Put a PayPal claim in. Hope I get a refund.

Super bad, dont order guys....i place an order from 23rd march until today 10th june, i still not received the item...ask for refund was rejected due to part already shipped...but since my first complain 9th of may still no movement...while my other online order from china has no issue to reach my place...for sure this is not because of covid-19 situation..

This is a scam. Just like other fellow reviewers, the wallet took a long time to arrive (>3 months). And when you ask for refund, they go silent. When it finally, arrived, it was a cheap knockoff and definitely not as pictured. It came from Aliexpress and exact products sold there only cost US$4 and they sold it for >US$30. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT'S A SCAM.

Took a long time, but they delivered..

I tore one of the zippers immediately, they sent a replacement for free..

Indeed a Chinese product, but well worth the wait..

I got mine after 3 weeks. Wallet looks perfect. As good as on the website. Don't see what the fuss is about.

Ordered a waller 60 days ago, it has not arrived yet. I tried to cancel after one week and they said they could not as it was already in shipping.

it it most likely coming from China and not from Europe as I as led to believe.

the website has no information about the ownership and no legal notice up. the refund and shipping policy you see only after you make the purchase.

Ordered March 13th. Got a shipping email on the 31st with tracking. I could eventually track using a global tracking website. Wallet arrived today May 12th. So basically 2 months from ordering from China to land in Canada. I'd say the Coronavirus thing hasn't helped but it's still pretty damn slow. Wallet is just ok, doesn't look as nice as on the website but seems to work as advertised. Probably wouldn't order/purchase again.

I've ordered my wallet early March and hasn't arrived yet!! When asked for a refund they simply stopped answering my emails. The tracking numbers are fake and come from China.

Do yourselves a favor and don't buy from these shameless thieves

This is why you must always google an online company for reviews before ordering from them!

NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE

I think they are a fake company! My order was delayed by months! Sure the covid-19 situation complicates things but 2 months is unacceptable.
This tracking links provided to me have not been updated and just say "transit for 26 days" - and they have done nothing to keep me informed.

I have asked for a refund and waiting for a reply. Will update what happens here.

They proposed a refund for the shipping and I accepted.
Finally received wallet and bracelet after one month and a half

It's ok, I can understand the delay for this time

The wallet is fine, you have to use it a bit to "soften" it

Also I love the bracelet

I have sent 2 requests to follow up on my order placed on Feb 22. Now on Apr 24 my order still appears to be in China. Never get an answer on my order status!!
Don’t order from Wristanchors!

10 weeks now nothing delivered or on its way. Will be raising a dispute with PayPal. Shame, it was exactly the kind of wallet I was looking for but hearing other reviews on quality sounds like I would not have gotten a months use out of it anyway.

Horrible service and they sent my wallet to the wrong address even though I notified them of the change 5 weeks prior to them actually delivering the wallet, which was already 2 weeks after I ordered it. Now I can't get it as i'm in a different city. Do not bother with this company.

Total scam.
Do not buy anything from this webpage / Instagram - its a fake.
Products are not made in or shipped from Europe.
Did you saw the one-star review I made on their official web page - I didn't, cause it wasn't published.
here my order history in short:
I ordered in February and now we are in mid-April.
I asked for a tracking number several times and for a refund.
A refund has been declined, cause the item was already shipped.
When I finally received a tracking number: surprise, surprise: the wallet I ordered is shipped from China and it is still there.
