Make sure that you can get the teacher you want before committing - was promised to arrange for the same teacher whom we trialed with but was told unable to do so right after payment. Disappointing.

Platform used
Platform used. Wukong should provide a platform where students and teachers can share, edit files and collaborate simultaneously. Students should be able to use platforms more similar to Zoom or Teams and not confined to the Wukong platform. This is a turnoff unless parents don't have what other options are available.

I have been a student for Mandarin class since March 2025
I have been a student for Mandarin lessons for one year and I am impressed with the teachers that have been with me.
The teachers know what I want which was not only to learn Mandarin but also to know how the word comes about and they tried to explain whenever possible.
My current teacher Miss Becky has been with me for like 6 months and she prepares her lessons in advance. I enjoyed her lessons as it is interesting and she can converse well in English which is a big plus point for me.
Miss Joey from customer service is also very good and professional. She will try to accommodate my changes in time table as at times I have to work overtime.
Overall I am impressed and happy with the lessons

Disappointed for the service ! After chasing all the purchase , finally I bought 699 USD package for my daughter ,then , start quite and tow days not set up any class and no recommend teachers….. Now I frustrated to asked them to get refund , service going down …and who knows take how long can get my money back!
