Professionalism all the way.

The driver was on time, very polite and helpful. When possible, the conversation was very pleasant, sharing different experiences and perspectives on life.

I’ve been using 001 taxis for a long…

I’ve been using 001 taxis for a long time . I always pre book as usually I need a taxi for work if the bus is not running. Fabulous drivers, fabulous service, great price what more would like form taxi company.

Don't show up even if you pre book.

Booked to be collected after a Xmas party. Called after waiting ten minutes for it. They said it hasn't even been dispatched, another 20 minutes. Luckily a friend offered me a lift by her husband so I cancelled to go with them, no point pre booking because it doesn't guarantee you a lift! Not the first time this has happened with this company so thought I'd finally write a review. Don't recommend

Booked in advance, way cheaper than Uber

Booked a taxi the day before travel. Free at the point of booking, paid just £6.60 in the car. Had I booked with Uber it would’ve been £17. Much cheaper for exactly the same service. Taxi driver was very pleasant.

Great Service

Excellent service with a really helpful track my taxi link so that we could see where the taxi was on its way to pick us up. We were waiting for the taxi to collect us from The Churchill Hospital and the link meant we knew we had time to pop into a shop there to pick up a sandwich to take with us. The taxi was also pretty prompt we didn't have long to wait. Clean car with lovely interior and chatty driver. Win-win for us. Thank you for a reliable and friendly service.

Early morning taxi pickip

I was told when the job was allocated and when the driver arrived.
Polite helpful driver, arrived on time clean car and got me where I needed to be in time.
Would highly recommend 001 taxis
