John Paul Youll came and fitted a new boiler for us on 2/3/2021, did a fantastic job of installing it. He was polite and covered my carpets etc on the stairs with covering so as not to damage the carpets, cleared everything up for us as he went. Cannot fault him at all he made us laugh and worked tirelessly to complete the job. Thank you.

Dave and Steve did an excellent job of replacing our old boiler. They arrived prompt on Friday morning and were professional and efficient throughout. As it was a bitterly cold day I had been dreading being without heating for the whole day but it was on again in no time and I couldn’t be happier with the work that they carried out. Highly recommended.

This is a very incompetent company please never hire them. They have been to my place for 4 times and still can’t fix the problem. The reason is all the time they ordered wrong parts is this a joke?

had oven issue, engineer came on wednesday and said he needs to change a part. But engineer came after 10 days to change the part. very dissapointed with their service.

Excellent service, scott and gary went above and beyond. They stuck to social distancing measures and made us feel safe and secure which is important to us having a small baby in the house. Would defInitely recommend to friends and family.

This representative (Andrew) visited my property today to execute a survey. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of the service I received. As a direct combination and result of the courtesy, efficiency, subject knowledge, attention to detail, timelyness, knowledge impartation and experience that I benefited from I cannot praise the individual highly enough. If only all service came to this standard.

0800 have just replaced my boiler with new, the heating engineers and the electrician were all extremely professional and knowledgeable. A good job well done.

Absolute disgrace left me with a gas leak for 2 weeks put my family at risk, sent a complaint on writing recorded delivery which has been signed. It's been 2 week haven't received any response from Michael Pallister!
