Zanussi Cooker Burner not working
This was the 2nd Engineer I had to repair this fault. The first was completely
useless and left telling me it was repaired. He LIED. Neil was the engineer who repaired the fault which was a very simple thing to fix. His words not mine. He was a lovely gentleman and very, very professional. Thank you Neil

Engineers Derek,Nathan and Dan were very professional in carrying out the installation of my replacement boiler.
Removing the standard old sysyem with hot water cylinder and resiting the new Vaillant condensing wall boiler upstairs.
Absolutely delighted also with the administration set up- first class!

NIGHTMARE
Admin and call centre are a nightmare!!!
We currently have a service contract on over 30 of our properties which we pay for each month. The engineers are fantastic so we put up with the admin mistakes and hassle of actually getting an engineer....until now. Today I've had to put the engineers callout cost on a credit card as the call centre staff can't find a record of the warranty. He has said the property has no records... interesting as the cp12 for 2017 and 2016 were done by 0800 and I have the copies. No "lets get it fixed and look at our admin shortcomings" no payment no repair!!! Absolutely unacceptable £300+ each month and held to ransom as their computer says no!!! What's the point of a service contract if we can't get the service?
looks like CBFM on the team valley 01914910111 will benefit from this poor attitude.
