Item not arrived months trying to get refund
I ordered some paints on the 03/02/20 they never arrived I requested a refund after 3 weeks it is now the 14/04/20 and not received my refund and just get a load of excuses from these people. This is the worst company ever.

Take care, WARNING.
After placing my order online, I never received any order acknowledgement or despatch notification emails. Any attempt to ascertain any response by email resulted in zero reply. Only after raising a case with Paypal, the product that advertised as in stock was dispatched 12 days after ordering, according to the postmark on the package.
This is NO WAY WHATSOEVER to treat a customer. Therefore, I will no longer deal with 1001maquettes.
In addition, their new named website, 1001hobbies.fr results in a security warning from my security software. Warning?
ADDITIONAL INFO IN RESPONSE TO SUPPLIER REPLY.
I ensured that my email address was correctly entered, there is no soft bounce, my email queries did not elicit any response. 4 to 6 business days don't equate to a total of 12 days. Last of all, the website DID say in stock so please do not question my integrity.
FURTHER REPLY TO SUPPLIER 2ND REPLY.
I have NEVER had such level of problems with any other online supplier of goods. Your 1001hobies.fr still produces a security warning for me. Therefore, I abide by my decision to take my business elsewhere.

If you have received nothing about us, could it mean you made a mistake in your e-mail adress or that your e-mail adress is in soft bounce?
As well, the product wasn't advertised as in stock, but available to order "shipped within 4 to 6 business days".
Answer :
We do not question your integrity, we can see from our side that the e-mails we sent you were in hard bounce. As well, you have ordered the 16th of February and the package was shipped the 25th of February which is 7 business days after your have ordered, due to the fact we've received it in the end of the day. We have never received any e-mails from your side neither call. We are sincerely sorry you were disapointed with our service.
As well it is not a product which was indicated in stock but available to order, we never had it in stock before your order and we ordered it only for your order.
