Fast shipping, great products, great customer service. Had an issue with my package, as it got lost in shipping. Could already tell from the first messages that they were willing to go lengths for the customers. Laura didn’t hesitate to help and fix the issue. She followed up through the entire process, and gave customer service you wont get anywhere else.

Don't even try to contact this bunch!
After waiting 9 days, only half of my order was delivered. I enquired by email on two occasions to the address advised on the order: both messages were delivered, but I did not receive a reply to either. I then called the phone number on the website but was unable to connect. After investigation, I found that the number was incorrect. However, when I phoned the correct number, I was told that all operators were busy and to message using a different email address to the one shown on the order. Eventually, three weeks after placing the order, I was advised that "the missing item has been discontinued". Why was I only informed of this after I had made a number of enquiries? I am still waiting for a refund.

Delighted to have my favourite foundation which was discontinued. Good price too!

Fast delivery, product works as advertised and price matched the product. Delivery was expensive though . Some time in Nov 2025, not sure of the date

I placed my order and 10 days later I still hadn't received a delivery update. After emailing the company I was told that my order would be despatched 'any day now', Not at all specific ! A few more days passed and I emailed them again. They told me the item had been despatched and that they had checked with the courier and it appeared to be lost. They told me they could send a replacement but the item was out of stock so it may be a few days before they could send it. I asked for a refund at this stage as I was loosing patience. Needless to say the refund wasn't forthcoming and I had to chase them three more times to ask where it was. Apparently there had been an 'issue' with the refund which they had sorted and I should receive it some time soon. I honestly thought I had been scammed, but the refund did eventually arrive . At best this company is disorganised and at worse possibly dishonest. I would not recommend buying from them. My order was placed 29th October and refund finally received today, 25th November.

Total SCAM!! Avoid ordering from this place!
I ordered twice and never received my orders! When contacted support, they recommended me to check any safe spaces where the packages could be. Obviously it was nowhere . Asked for refund. No refund made! SCAM!!!

Whilst the order was slightly delayed the communication was excellent keeping me fully informed.

I was amazed at the price range of quality toiletries, gift sets ,hair dyes etc . The process was easy and delivery was in good time. Would use again and would recommend to others.

The correct products arrived well before the predicted delivery date (which admittedly was not quick), and everything was packaged well so there were no breakages.

Received on time and seems like a good product. But it usually takes a few months for anti-ageing products to work, so I can’t comment yet on its effectiveness.
