5 Stars – Great Customer Service After a Missed Delivery!
I initially missed my parcel, which was frustrating. I tried contacting customer service by email, and after a bit of back and forth, they were super helpful and understanding. They quickly arranged for a replacement parcel to be sent out, and the whole process turned out to be really smooth and easy. Once they got involved, everything was sorted quickly, and the new parcel arrived without any issues and special quick delivery shipment. Lovely experience in the end – really appreciated the support!

This is a FRAUDULENT company. DO NOT! Order. I’ve spent over £70+ I have not received any updates on my order, I’ve called them, emailed them and dmd them on Instagram. This is a scam! I will be taking further action and disputing this fraudulent transaction. How horrible can you be to scam people? Disgusting.

Customer service is terrible I placed my order on 15th March was quick enough to take my money but not quick to send out my order it still hasn’t been despatched 19 days later I’ve tried emailing and they don’t respond a scam company they won’t even refund me so I’m paying for something I haven’t received.

Order never arrived! Update- refund was received
BEWARE!!! Like many others have stated my order never arrived and they debit your account immediately. On follow up they claim my order has been lost and will start the claim process with the courier. That’s not my problem so have requested a refund. Let’s see what happens and how quickly? Gave 2 stars as they did reply to my emails which is something positive.
