I have ordered from 12game a few times now and must say, I have absolutely no complaints as of yet. Even when pre-ordering games they're in my mailbox on the day of the release. Deliveries are always fast and the packaging is sufficient, my orders always arrive without a scratch on them.

12game has a fast and reliable service! And quit cheap :)

The staff does not have any insight in the logistic processes of the product. I ordered a game and they were not able to inform me about the status of the order. 12Game.com could use Bol.com as an example, since they not only provide, but also give customers the possibility to gain insight in the status of their order. Furthermore, 12Game.com doesn't deliver fast at all. Their logistic processes are very slow, especially when comparing to Bol.com. Once again they could take Bol.com as an example.

Besides the fact that the staff is incompetent, they don't seem very helpful, as they want to end phone conversations fast.

The day I received a confirmation of shipment, I also received an e-mail later that day that unfortunately, I will not receive the order, as they don't have it in stock.
I called them to ask for clarification, they told me that they'd find out and call me back later. They never called back.

12Game.com doesn't seem organized at all in terms of staff and logistic processes.

The service was quick, right on time delivered for my boyfriends birthday. Almost 100 euro's cheaper then in the regular store and packed to protect the content. Box came in in mint condition! Surely will order here again!

I preordered Batman Origins CE and on the day of release, the parcelservice was at my door! Keep up the good work and I'll keep ordering from 12game.com, especially when the prices stay this sharp.

I did order Assassin's Creed: Black flag including the game guide, and some other game guides. Since I preordered AC Black flag, the other game guides were delivered first after an announcement email of the shipping.
The AC Black flag and guide were delivered on release date. Packaging of the shippings is very good; mostly in a large box.
I did raise a question regarding my order and this was answered fast and accurate.
I would recommend 12game.com to everyone!

17/10 ordered a game, Belgium is 3 to 4 fats for delivery.

28/10 still haven't recieved the parcel, after phonecall they said it will be delivered in 4 days .

I've ordered GTA V and i've received it very soon. The game was at that time the cheapest in comparing with other (online)shops. So i know where to order next time!

I came to this webstore, because I wanted a game on saturday. As I ordered on a friday before 16:00, I thought I would get the game the next day.

But as I called customer service, it wasn't even at the distribution centre. So I asked them to cancel my order, while it was still on hold. Gave out my details and I was told it would be taken care of.

Instead I receive a message that my order is being delivered on monday. So I contacted the customer service again and they told me they couldn't do anything, so I had to send the package back again.

I thought I was on time as I called on saturday, and the lady had all the details she needed to cancel the order and refund my money.

Never had any trouble, saved a lot of money and always got my delivery in time.

The website talks about 1-2 days delivery time. I got my package in 4 days. I wrote the customer service about that and answered me immediately that packages to Belgium take longer. It should be mentioned on the website then. Apart from that, everything was ok!

also no confirmation they put effort for me. Terrible service

There's nothing to say, really. I pre-ordered Beyond Two Souls for PS3. I got it for 50 euros including delivery (give or take a few euros). It was delivered the day after the game was officially released, which is quite fine by me.

After pre-ordering a bundle of a PS3 game with the corresponding strategy guide, I received the game correctly, but the strategy game was not included. As there was no explanation or accompanying letter, I managed to get hold of the Customer Care by phone after several attempts. They were going to figure it out and get back to me. After a week I rang them back, and they explained they had a shortage of that specific strategy guide, but they couldn't say if and when I would receive one.

Now we are one month further, and still no word from 12game.

Games: GTA 5 and PES14
I had some questions related to PES14 because a lot of online retails shops offered the game incl some extra DLC downloadeble packages. On the day that I pre-ordered the game I called towards Customers Service of 12game.com to ask if this was also the case for this order that I put up if there was any extra DLC included. The employee who helped me answered with "YES" this will be incl. with the game. "I will a ask one of my colleages to make sure that this is with the game and we will call you back to confirm this" Because I mentioned that I will have to cancel the order if this is not the case and order the game at Bol.com where this was the case that there was DLC voucher incl. when you prder the game.
Since than I am still waiting for this phone call and how good the service was with delivering the games for me on time (still thank you) without the extra DLC for me the total service is BAD.
At least they should have made a phonecall to explain the story to me.
