although it is true that there are sometimes nice offers on the site, it still is far from the cheapest sites out there. And it is focused on the Netherlands, the other countries they service are left in the cold.
they don't respond the mails and they lie about dates.

I cancelled an order, but it seemed the system didn't pick up on this.
I called customer service to confirm my cancellation of the order. She went through all the information and the cancellation was confirmed.
However, they still send the order and I received it. I called customer service again to ask what went wrong and she promised me that I would be called back.
A week later, I still haven't heard anything from them.
The prices might be good, but don't order here if you expect to get a good service if anything happens to go wrong (which isn't that uncommon, because of their old broken system).
