Really low prices, but the delivery time is somewhat longer.

Ordered two games, got them the next day, happy so far!

I ordered two games from this site, both in stock and I got really quickly to the order process. after a day I received a confirmation that one of the games is being send over. Hoping that is was just an honest mistake I decided to wait for the order to arrive.
Once it did, it only contained one of the games. I decided to give the helpdesk a call. The person I spoke to told me, she couldn't find the game that was missing anymore on the site and didn't really know how to solve my problem. Another co-worker, the one who normally handles this kind of problems, will send me an email back to tell me when I can receive the expected game. After the weekend past I received an email, telling me that the games was no longer deliverable and if I wanted to give them my bank details so they can transfer the money back to me.
I received another email, with a whole different message as well, it stated that the game was temporarily out of stock, and that a copy will be send to me once they have it on stock again. Ofcourse I replied asking them which suggestion from them is now leading and that I can wait as long I now how long I have to wait for the missing game. Again another email was send stating that this was a mistake and that the only option is, that my money is being refunded.

This raises a couple of questions regarding this shop:
Why advertise with a game being on stock when actually it isn't(and I'm starting to think it never was)
The game offered was a very special edition, for a very competitive price, was it a mistake and was my order cancelled for that reason?
Why are the helpdesk employees selling different stories?
Why don't I have an option to wait for the game for the same price?

Again, not a good experience at all.

I recently pre-ordered Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn Benelux Collectors Edition from 12game.com, which they offered at a lower price than other game store sites. The developer of the game promised an early access for all players that pre-ordered the game, so to find out how this works I contacted 12game through the form on their site, to ask if they were going to email a key or if I could expect the game in the mail a few days early.

After not receiving a reply for several days I decided to call them to see if they could give me a direct reply. The lovely lady I talked with did not know the awnser however and promised me she would find out and call me back later. After waiting another 2 full days I had still not received an email or call back.

In the end I had to get an early access key somewhere else, which means I ended up paying the same amount for the game as if I had ordered it somewhere else, but with more hassle. Now I have a Collectors Edition, which I intend to keep, but with an extra registration key I dont know what to do with.

I give them 3 stars, acceptable experience but with some friction, because they did deliver the game on the release date. I just wish they had contacted me.

The article I ordered was listed as 'In backorder', but was still shipped earlier than I expected. Pity Selectvracht made a sorting error afterwards, but I would recommend 12Game.com to anyone!

12game.com is a good place to buy your games. The games are sent with plastic around the game, perfect condition, well packed and fast delivered.

They did forget to send one of the two games I bought, but after an email from me, they sent the second game right away and apologized for the wait. So... They handled the problem quickly.

ordered on saturday-evening. finalised monday morning, delivery the same week.
for an item 40€'s cheaper than most major retailers.

I buy my games here all the time cause it always cheaper then the rest. for example monster hunter 3 everywhere it's 60 euros here only 51 euros. save me a lot!!

only complaint is that when u buy something they dont have in stock, it can take either days or weeks.
