12game.com is a nice site to order from. I think I ordered over 20 things on this site and don't get dissapointed. Only thing that I really hate about 12Game.com is that they don't keep contact with the customers. If you send a mail you get no response and when you order there is no confermation about the order. If you ask them how things are you don't get response. But somehow they always deliver and deliver on time. But becouse of the no mail you get worried.

For my sons birthday I searched for a particular game for his PS3. 12Game.com had it. At the lowest price (approx. € 5,- cheaper than the rest) and the quickest service!! Received it in a perfect shape and perfectly in time for his birthday. Thanks!!! Will remember you.....

I recently ordered two games Metro 2033: Last Light and Assassins Creed 3.
As promised on the next day I received a package with two games.
One was indeed Metro 2033: Last Light and the other was a combo of AC1 and AC2.

When I contacted 12Game support the answer came in almost one day saying that I have to send the wrong game to them and after I'll get the right one instead.
One sentence.
No explanation of the return process. No picking up options or at leas a reference where I can print the label with 12Game address.

I've been a client for 4 years already and mostly the experience is smooth, but sometimes guys at 12Game do things wrong and it seems that they don't really care about fixing the issues.

I pre- orderd a game and it was cheaper than anywhere else and it came two days early.

A trustworthy company, fast service, easy website. Friendly personnel and good products
