I ordered the videogame: "Metro: Last Light". The limites edition costs 47 euros, while in the usual stores it would have cost 60 euros. Also, the official release date of this videogames was friday, 17th of May. But it was delivered to me the 15th of May! Thank you 12game.com!

I received my order exactly as it was described online within 24 hours. Nothing to add, great experience without any complaints!

Pre-ordered a game, didn't get it in time. Had to contact them to ask what was going on. Finally they tell me I'm getting the game the next week, didn't get it.. Mail again to cancel but they told me they already sent it. Another few days later I finally received my game, after weeks of waiting.

I got my delivery way faster than expected and it was in good condition, 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered the PC game "Rage Anarchy edition" here, by far the cheapest seller of all.
when I ordered I tried to pay with IDeal, which didn't work properly. So I tried a few times more but no result. Order didn't seem to come through.
Next day I asked my girlfriend to pay with PayPal (which I don't have), and this worked better, but very slow (could be the server or whatever).
This was on the 1st of April, and after 4 days the game had not arrived, so I checked the order status; it showed that they had received the order and payment, but nothing else... so next day I e-mailed the costumer service. They replied next day, that the game had already been sent. So comminucation went well. Next day the game arrived in top shape. So my experience with 12game is: good price, good costumer service, pretty slow webshop, and they need to do something about the payment with IDeal. Score: 7/10

Fast delivery, very good price. Games were sealed as it should be. Good packaging, recieved games in good state.

Ordered a few days before the release date of a new game, received it a day earlier than it arrived in real-life stores. Nice and fast, as I was hoping/expecting.

I guess most people come to 12Game.com for the low prices. But for the prices they offer they also have excellent service. Issues with orders are resolved as they should without additional hassle.

This webshop has a good and quick service. The prices are lower then most shops.

I ordered some items from the 12game webshop on a Monday. 12game states that if you order before 16.00 h, the order will be shipped on that same day. Therefore, in general, the items should be delivered to me on Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest. However, when I applied for a track and trace code on Tuesday, I found out that my order had not been shipped on Monday and it would not be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday either. I called 12game because this was unacceptable to me. Then I found out that the game I ordered was sold out. This was not indicated in the webshop. The game could not be delivered at the same time as the other items. But I was promised the other items would be shipped that Tuesday. If I hadn't called or e-mailed, I would not have received any notice of this. The items were ment for my sons birthday on Wednesday. Finally, I got all items (including the game that was supposedly sold out) on Friday. Happy Birthday.

when i first came to the site i was looking around, I saw that they had discount on every game and also give heads up on the upcoming ones, so after I looked what games they were selling I found some that intressted me and orderd 1 to look how it will work, to my suprise it was fast effecient money and time saving so I started to give the site to some of my cousins who are also game maniaks
