The order was complete and right on time.Excellent!!

Placed my order then waited for two weeks and received nothing.
Send a mail about my order and within two days received order.

This shop is super. I ordered two games (one with a big gaming help guide). I both ordered them thursday the 26th at 19:30. One got delivered on saturday the 28th already. The other (which would be delivered in the beginning of october due to being out of stock) october the 1st. I didn't pay any dilivery costs (altough one package was so big it didn't fit through the mailbox.) All was delivered in nice bubble plastic.

I ordered GTA V a few days after the release date (couldn't resist the hype...) and 12Game was the cheapest site to buy it on, and it was still available. So I placed my order at Sunday night and got the game Tuesday morning. I have nothing to complain about.

Good cuz I got GRA 5

I had ordered while the game was in stock and they send me a sms that the game was sended to me.next day i get a sms that there was no stock and that a could forfeit my order with ressitution of my money.this was a mistake for me,becouse i had already a track and tracenumber.for everybody else there was no stock anymore.my package arrived same day.

I ordered GTA V on friday, assuming I would be able to play the game after the weekend, if not earlier. Since GTA V was such a huge release I assumed 12game.com would deliver as fast as possible. They even updated the frontpage with the amount of copies in stock. However, I received the game on tuesday, which is very late by today's standards. It turns out the delivery company partnered by 12game doesn't deliver on mondays at all. Most companies deliver on the next day, even on weekends. And when the don't, they will deliver on monday. I had to wait until tuesday, which was frustrating. The game could've just been sent by the post, which would have been much faster.

They were the only ones who anticipated the run on GTA5. Looking for a birthdaygift I surfed the web looking for GTA5, it was sold out everywhere. But heaven thanks, the people at 12game.com had enough in stock. Bought on thursday afternoon, delivered on fridaymorning. Great!

Shipment was very quick and the game was in stock while other shops were sold out.

Shipped order very quickly, so what more is there to say? Only bought once here, but would do it again if I need something.

After calling customer support for availabilaty of a game, the lady replied in a clear and friendly way. Shipping was fast. Will definately order more often here!
