In 2002 werd 12GO Biking door twee studievrienden ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel. Sindsdien is het hard gegaan. Inmiddels hebben we al meer dan 100.000 klanten geholpen met het uitkiezen van een nieuwe fiets en zijn we de grootste fietsenwinkel van Nederland. 12GO Biking wordt bovendien door klanten beoordeeld met een 9! Op de Trustpilot-pagina kun je lezen dat bijna elke klant een tevreden klant is. Mocht er toch iets mis zijn gegaan, lossen we dat altijd op met de klant. Good prices and speedy delivery
Good prices and speedy delivery. I recently bought a set of Mavic Allroad wheels for my son to use as a robust set of winter training wheels that I could trust would get him round 3/4 hours each day of the weekend. 12GO had the best price for this. They are always competitive on pricing and have a good product range. The are excellent with their delivery times too (to Belgium). They can certainly be trusted and are very competitive in the Dutch/German online bike stores.

Great selection of e-bikes
Great selection of e-bikes, perfect place to compare e-bikes thru testing them on the track. The technical personel advise could be better, too few people for many customers provides limited opportunity for technical discussion, and not everyone of them was fully knowledgeable. Hence you need to deepdive in the technical comparison yourself to conclude on the bike purchase.

The gears of the bike have problem and when I contacted customer service, they told me to repair it myself. So, I paid over 600 euro for a brand new bike and it has technical problem!

You have received a brand new bike, but from what I read, the adjustment of it is not quite right at the moment.
Apologies, this should have been properly adjusted here. Fortunately, this is an adjustment that you or a bike mechanic can do. This will also need to be done again in the future as there is always some slack in the cables at the beginning.
We have gave you different options for the solution: Go to a local bike shop and we will refund the costs or come to our workshop.
