In 2002 werd 12GO Biking door twee studievrienden ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel. Sindsdien is het hard gegaan. Inmiddels hebben we al meer dan 100.000 klanten geholpen met het uitkiezen van een nieuwe fiets en zijn we de grootste fietsenwinkel van Nederland. 12GO Biking wordt bovendien door klanten beoordeeld met een 9! Op de Trustpilot-pagina kun je lezen dat bijna elke klant een tevreden klant is. Mocht er toch iets mis zijn gegaan, lossen we dat altijd op met de klant. I have no idea what kind of shop does…
I have no idea what kind of shop does not know about the storage reserve. We ordered one bike with a delivery time of 2-4 days. After a few hours, we received an email that this one is not in stock and we will receive the bike in 6 weeks. So we sent an email that we want another bike ( delivery 2-4 days ). The answer was that we will receive the first bike in 6 weeks. So, after a nice call with the seller, he changed the order for the second bike and assured us that the bike is in stock and will arrive in 2-4 days. Unfortunately, we received an email after a few hours that the bike is not in stock and it will come in 4-6 weeks. How can they exist like this

Adjust my bike for my posture
Salesman offered to adjust my sitting position for my posture on the bike for 325 euro's. They're acting like it requires a rocket scientist and an expensive X-Ray machine to do this. It's as simple as measuring legs and arms to achieve this.
It just seems Service is not included in newer companies, everything being overcharged no matter how simple. They even claim that they make the bike "Ready to drive" but at the end I have to update the firmware myself.
Back in 2012 I couldn't imagine such a lack of service of this company.

Total crap...!
Total crap...!! I bought a very expensive bike. The god damn salesman said, everything will be fixed, including carrier and delivered. They delivered in spare parts!! The delivery man refused to fix anything and I called the customer service. The stupid lady on the phone said, she doesnt speak english in the year of 2025!! Go for some other seller, if you are spending good money.. seriously!!

I bought a bike after testing at their test center. The center is spacious and have many bikes available for testing (Most of them are the latest models). The staff was helpful in explanation and adjustment for testing, if you are lucky to be helped - it is not easy to find people who has time. I ordered online afterwards. the online shopping experience was great, customer service was also available and helpful when I needed to adjust my order. Delivery was also great.
